Any idea about when will it be back on stock?

I bought the Honeycomb Throttle on aerosoft, at checkout i used Paypal and didnt create an account. How can i find my order number to see when my product will be delivered?

So i got the crj form the marketplace in msfs and i had the bug where i could not load the crj it would crash so i saw someone say put traffic on ultra and i did and can load it but when i try to use my rudder it does not move and i DO NOT use a Xbox controller for flight sim i do other games could that be it?

I everybody , i buy crj 500 for fs2020 in simmarket and i have this problem when i want to install . I make clean install of my computer and is same. What can i do for is working . Thanks for answers and helps me...

Hi, I sent Mathijs a mail and it looks like my order is confirmed, I'm sort of confused as I haven't gotten a reply from him on mail, I also haven't seen any download pages for an installer, just this zip folder. I don't know if that's what I'm supposed to download but I want to ask just in case it hasn't been verified or if the fact that the .zip file won't download is just because the servers are being hammered right now.

I'm sure I am just missing it somewhere, but where do I find my product serial number. Purchased CRJ for MSFS via the Aerosoft Shop. Received Confirmation Email and found download link, just can't find serial number. Thx

I preordered the Honeycomb Bravo Throttle on Aerosoft with Paypal. I didnt get any E-Mail Order Confirmation. I didnt need to enter my email so i thought it would get it on my Paypal Email. Will i get an order Confirmation when it is available?

I now have my Alpha yoke and the Bravo throttle quadrant. But i'm not happy with the way they are sitting on top of my desk. I have found a product that addresses this problem - in a nutshell it's a steel plate that can be mounted on top of the yoke and the throttle, and that in turn is then fastened to the underside of the desktop. Hello to all: I finally picked up my Honeycomb Bravo a couple of days ago. I have been slowly trying to assign axes and buttons to the various aircraft in the simulators I have. In P3D v5.1, trying to upload the PMDG profile and activate via the Aerosoft Configurator, just brought me a lot of problems. I wanted to deactivate the PMDG Profiles, but I was not able to find or understand how to do that. So, I deleted the PMDG profiles in the BIN folder of Honeycomb, leaving only the default Bravo and Alpha profiles. Notwithstanding that, when I start P3D and/or when I change/load an aircraft (PMDG or not) I get an on screen message telling me that the PMDG NGXu pro…

Aerosoft, Please consider changing your carrier from UPS to someone else please. I have waited weeks for an order you processed and the dates have been changed on numerious occasions. It was due for delivery today so took time off to make sure I was here, but it is now 1620pm and they have now sent an email saying it wil be delivered Monday. Hello people, I'm currenty browsing for some cool airbus liveries but all the pictures don't load, is there some kind of lag reduction that I accidentally turned on or is it just my internet? Either way I can still view the pictures by clicking on them then clicking the little map icon in the middle, it then opens a new tab to the picture in full screen. It's a little bit annoying so I was wondering if it's a setting I accidentally modificated. Thanks

Hi to all, I would like to show to you what's happening after purchasing and installing Gibraltar Professional v110. I would really appreciate if somebody helps... I installed the file normally, running the installer as administrator, and choosing the default Prepar3d v4 folder, just as the installer suggests. It seems to have been properly installed but when I start the secenery in Prepar3d v4 it looks like the pictures attached.
