Hi, I have foolishly deleted my Aerosoft Twin Otter purchased on the Microsoft Flight Simulator Marketplace. I want to reinstall the Twin Otter,

but I have no record of purchase or download to enable this. There is no mention of the Twin Otter on my Profile Content Manager whether

either installed or uninstalled. Can someone advise me on reinstalling.

When you bought something via the Marketplace, you have to contact Microsoft to solve an issue like yours. Aerosoft cant do anything here.

 

To be clear about this, we do not get any customer data from the marketplace, we only know that somebody bought a copy. That is why we are simply unable to assist with these things.
