Since Friday I bought Twin Otter Extended "available as instant download" for FSX and nothing has been sent to me yet. I already checked in "Instant downloads" and "orders" and there is absolutely nothing. I even already received the invoice by mail. Can somebody help me? I wrote to Info@aerosoft.com and created a ticket but they have not responded to me.

 

I appreciate if someone can help me, this is frustrating. I just want to fly my DHC 6
