Hello!

The serial number I have received is not valid!

You obviously dont get it:

 

Do NOT post such things like original order documents with serials public.

 

And make sure you enter the serial exactly as given and that the email address is exactly (including caps) as it is used in the shop. All serials are tested before being send out so we know they should work.
