On January 09th purchased the 777, order 1120610593, the purchased information shows "For Prepar V4", but after download, system ask me where to install, either v4 or v5.

Installed into V5.

Product impossible to work properly

Impossible to start engines.

Requested help but none answer.

I'm very sorry but I'll order my bank to return the invoice.

Please let us know the support ticket number to wich we haven't responded.

Sorry, but I'm not talking about tickets, I just need to know how to work properly for something I paid a lot of money.

B777 does not work

FMC does not recognize any waypoint (AIRAC are fully correct).
