If you still have the serial key (most shops have sent you the key with an e-mail), you just have to register an account on our update database: https://support.aerosoft.com/pages/login Now you can add the product together with your serial key to your database account. Once this is completed you have access to the latest installer. This only works if the serial key is available. Is the key lost as well, you have to contact us at: support@aerosoft.com Important: To offer a free copy we need a receipt, order confirmation or payment confirmation.
