Cannot reset Password. Not receiving any email

Hi i created this account only to post my problem here.

 

I didn't use my computer for like 6 months and todayi tried to update my 727 within the aerosoft one app. The app wanted me to login back again but didn't accept my password.

I tried to reset it but i don' receive any mail for the password reset. It's like myaccount has been deleted. When i try to logon on the website it say it cannot associate my mail to any account.

I don't know what to do. My paid plane was in that account. Can anyone help me please?
