Didn't find any information about pmdg 738 and fenix a320. Can i update their airac cycles with nav data pro?

Hello, I'm having problems in installing the NavDataPro for Aerowinx PSX on a Mac computer. According to the instructions manual I have to be logged in with the Administrator before starting the installation. Where do I find the login for the Administrator? I would appreciate any help to guide me through the process. Thank you, John Fegitz

Hi, The airway UM565 within HSSS FIR was recently added, however the drawing and the coordinates are incorrect [see below]. After discussion with GNG support they advised that I should report this to Aerosoft as it seems to be an issue from the LIDO database. Dear Aerosoft, since approximately a week or so, all charts of Chinese airports will not show up when I select one. For example, when I select ZBAA APC 1, it says ‘downloading’ and an empty white screen is the result. As I said, it happens with all (Chinese) charts at every Chinese airport. All other countries are working. Any idea what might cause this? Is this a server issue? Thank you for your help!

Hi gents, This morning, it seems a problem occured with the new 2208 cycle as provided by NavDataPro software The update dataset indicates Cycle V. 14032 R. 2 ! Should probably have been Cycle V. 2208 R. 1 Additionally, when trying to download (just to know what it is..), the following message appears 'You are not entitled to download the new version of the NAV-data. Please check your user account data", although my account is marked as Valid with an update count of 11 (not yet 13) May be it is due to the bad labelling of the update cycle Thanks for investigating Kind regards

Hi, at this moment NDP charts (I tested on Ios app and on PC) are not working. It normally loads the charts list for every airport but when I click on the single chart button it shows nothing: download message starts but the chart doesn't appear.

Good evening, I own the Aerosoft CRJ extension for Flight Simulator. I bought NavDataPro. When I update the database (Cycle V. 2202 R. 1 (Aerosoft-Servcer), everything is done without any error messages. When I close the download window, the yellow icon is displayed and it is written "Cycle: Installed (not found), backup (not found). When I scan the path of the file directly on Windows, and open one of the documents at random like for example "cycle_info", nothing is written. The same problem with all other files except the "PROC" folder. And when I start Flight Simulator, when I start the CRJ, I go to the FMS - Status. It says "Navdata base active" DA …

Hi, On the web-based and Windows version of the NDP app it is possible to rotate the charts. Are you able to bring this feature also to the iOS app? Stefan

Dear all, I would like to ask, if you know a date, when you will add Aerowinx PSX to your regular NavData updates. I am more than happy (surely there is more of us) to purchase NavData once Aerowinx PSX is supported on regular basis. If not on a monthly basis, do you think that we can expect more than annual NavData updates? Thank you, Andrej

Hello Staff, I made a clean installation of windows 11 on my PC and after installing Navdata Pro and inserting my details, the application for some reason does not detect my credentials and cannot download any airac. Any suggestions? Regards and thanks

Hi all, I just got NavDataPro (1 year subscription - 4 datasets) and ran the updater. It says its updated everything, but it hasn't. On the Airbus X Extended A320neo, it says it has updated to the current airac cycle. (data > a/c status). But when I want to enter a SID in the flight plan tab, it still has the old ones. cycle_info.txt shows that it has been updated to 2110. Any ideas? Thanks in advance, Pip

When I log in on the internet with my credentials I get access to the charts. When I log in to the NDP Charts app with the same data, it does not work. When I installed the app a few months ago it worked. What can I do? Thanks Stefan

Dear Aerosoft, Since the new airac, the Netherlands has gone through quite a change, only it's not showing up in NavDataPro Charts yet, when will this be updated? Kind regards.

Hello all, 1) With regards to the NavDataPro Single Dataset offering. Is it possible to simply continue to update it when new versions release and deleting the old version. Or is it that you download a Version and if a new version comes online you cannot download the newest version, having to pay again to get the newest version. 2) How long does the subscription last until renewal needed. Hi Guys, I was wondering if you are looking at adding Topcat and Active Sky to your supported addons in Navdata Pro? I am looking at moving from Navigraph as they do not support my Aerowinx PSX setup, but you now do (Yay good on you). I have Active Sky and Topcat to help me with my cockpit sim ay home and would like to use one supplier for navdata. Just thought I would ask. I just bought a years subscription of navdatapro and the charts and it seems I made a mistake because it doesnt support simbrief to my surprise and dismay. Previous threads ask the question and then suddenly locked to further replies with no answer. Is there any particular reason why simbrief is excluded from providing airac data?

Hi I am trying to update to Database 2104 for FSX Aersoft Airbus A320. When I go to install the update I get the following error... Missing file C:/aerosoft/NavDataPro\7za.ex First time this has happened having done updates in the past. Help appreciated! Many thanks.

Prior to be advised to update to the latest version of NDP (Windows), the file sizes of each enroute chart downloaded was around 7mb, which meant it could be enlarged to near real size, and still produce a high quality, readable chart. Since the update, the enroute charts (themselves recently updated) appear ok on screen, but are typically only 1mb or less in size, and impossible to enlarge for anything near a decent print resolution. It's impossible to try and read an entire enroute chart off a sheet of A4 - being able to enlarge and print in almost real size and quality was a product strength. Looks like we now have updated RFC charts in NDP (for which I am most thankful). All charts, when selected, will load fine, but I find a few that when you select Page 2 of the chart, then press the Print icon, all you get is a large blank "NDP" window....the small "Preparing Chart for Printing" window which normally appears does not appear at all....just this large white, blank window....then, if you close that window, NDP hangs or crashes. Running on Windows 10. Two examples would be EH 4H, page 2; and EH 5H, page 2. The above problem aside, it is nice to have updated RFC's back again ! Any help on above issue would be appr…

Nach Installation der neuesten AIRACs MAR25APR21/21 gibt es in EDDB unterschiedliche ILS Frequenzen für den FSC10 und die Aerosoft Airbusse im FSX. Korrekt sind 07R = 109.70 25L = 109.50 Im FSC 10 sind diese Frequenzen allerdings vertauscht, also 07R = 109.50 25L = 109.70 Könnte das korrigiert werden?

Good Morning, I am having some trouble getting my Aerosoft A320 nav data to update. I put the path of my FSX in the installer, it installs, says install success, but then when I go into the sim my A320 is still on AIRAC 1511. Any ideas? If you need me to attach pictures or some sort of log file, let me know.

Is there a dataset for AviaSoft2 in P3DV5.1 or how do I get Nav Data Pro to work with P3DV5.1? I only see up to V4 as supported. Jim

Hi All I believe AeroSoft were contact by the MaddogX development team to see if these changes could be made to allow DME-ARC support and up to now there has been no reply to this request. Navigraph were contacted at the same time and made the changes to their AIRAC data. Could someone from AEROSOFT make contact with the MaddogX team to see what is involved or if it is not possible for you to achieve Many thanks Clive
