We are currently investigating users reporting some issues with power loss (total blackout), managed speed (IAS drop) and missing paper from printer. We are trying our best to get these sorted as soon as possible. However, these issues are somewhat hard to reproduce and don’t necessarily happen on every system or flight. Therefore, we are now creating topics so that users can give detailed reports that are kept in one place to investigate further and to have some clues how we could reproduce these issues. As per subject during engines startup upper ECAM reads FF=0, (eng 2 shows 100 on idle), EGT 1=15°C, EGT 2=250°C and both 1&2 EPR =1.001, despite pushing CH throttles to max. And all this after 5 clean reinstallations of A330. Please assist. Sotiris

During the startup sequence, after starting engine one, the gwps comes on yelling "hundred above" continously until engine two is stabilized. Then the call stops. This is a recurring phenomenon. It is probably not a GWPS related issune, I did not know where else to post it.

Is there a way to set the altimeter to Hg (instead of hPa) as the default startup for A319-A320?

Hello. I currently use P3D v5.3 and MSFS2020. My problem is with the throttle setup of the bravo system. For P3D I use the 2 LH for throttles,2 center for prop and 2 RH for mixture, but with fs2020 I have to swap them around so that the 2 centre are throttles, reason is the 2 LH just act like a switch up to 1500 rpm either 0 or 1500 ?

I normally fly Twin engine with the throttle levers on the 2 LH end of the quadrant. However the no.1 & No.2 throttle levers work like a SWITCH for the first half of their travel in both P3D and MSFS 2020. IF I change and use the no.3 & no.4 levers (normally the prop levers) the throttles are truly linear with very smooth operation. HOW do I get this same smooth (i.e. non switch like operation ) on the no. 1 & no. 2 levers ???

Hello, I've had the Aerosoft A320/21 Prof for about a year, lovely product and no real problems but I noticed the other day on arrival to LFPG at night my exterior lights weren't illuminating the ground, even though I have them on. First time this has happened which is quite strange. Restarted P3D same thing, now I have reflection profiles and tomatoshade + reshade for the aerosoft/p3d so I disabled and reinstalled everything but that made no difference. I also reinstalled P3Dv4 which made no difference and finally I reinstall the bus which made no difference. I flew from TBPB to EDDL last night and ran out of fuel about 2 hours into the flight. The aircraft had plenty of fuel (I loaded over 51,000kg per simbrief) so I know it wasn't an issue with not having enough fuel to make the journey. Additionally, I turned the APU off after the second engine was started so it couldn't have been the culprit in starving the engines of fuel. Unfortunately I wasn't sitting at my desk when it happened - I returned to my computer moments before the plane struck the ocean - I didn't have much time to assess the problem before impact however I did notice that both engines were off, the aircraft was in a stall, and the fuel tanks were empty. …

After I create the following and press OK I cannot locate the LoadSheet in any of the Menus....I Assume that the load sheet will be used to populate the MCDU ......some guidance please.....Thank you

So, it has been happening to me that when I activate reverse mode in the Thrustmaster Airbus TCA Quadrant (by pulling the "pads" up and moving the throttle down), it doesn't do so on the sim and, consequently, on the aircraft. Is there any solution to this? Thanks by advance to anyone!

Hi, I have just bought and installed Aerosoft Airbus A318/A319 Pro on my Prepard3d V5 Professional flight simulator and although all other aircrafts work perfectly with my last airac version 2113, I’m incapable of creating a flight plan on my FMS computer. All the reference airports and other navaids are “not in the data base”. I have checked all the files required: documents Aerosoft user files, configurator, etc., and nothing helps. I send three pictures to confirm my worries. In this situation the software is useless. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello guys! When using the Aerosoft Airbus A320/A321 Professional in P3Dv5 all the Liveries seem to be kind of "glassy". Overall, the quality of the textures on the aircraft is not good (on the outside). It happens with the Default Liveries that come with the installer, and also with all other liveries I tried from the forum. It doesnt happen to me with ther aircraft, their liveries are all perfect. I fly with a thrustmaster T.Flight HOTAS X (https://www.thrustmaster.com/en-us/products/t-flight-hotas-x/) on P3Dv5.3 (always the latest version) and since there is not a reverse section of the throttle, I have a button assigned to "decrease throttle quickly" with repeat all the way right. In every other aircraft I fly, pushing and holding this button applies full reverse upon landing. But in the Aerosoft A330, it does nothing. I found a TON of info on reverse issues, but all had to do with using a TCA or Honeycomb throttle not configured correctly. This does not apply to my hardware. So, how can I get reverse thrust to work on this aircraft? I do not see any option for e…

I've just upgraded to the airbus A32x Pro for P3D4.5. Mostly is great and a clear improvement. However there is no engine sound in the cockpit at any stage of flight. Have I missed something.

Hi there, I cannot configure the reverse thrust in P3D v4.5 Pro for the Aerosoft A320/A321 latest version. I downloaded the preset "Aerosoft_A320_Family_Professional_Throttle" from the forum, but the relevant levers are not detected by the aircraft in the sim and nothing works. I went through the various tutorials to try to understand how to program Bravo with the configurator, but most of the tutorials are for MFS 2020, while the few for P3D are addressed to v5, that has many interface differences. Hello there. I would like to explain a situation that has become common for me in the A320. So, it has happened many times that I load like 8000 kg of fuel on the A320, and then on the ECAM it displays that the FOB is 2600 kg, which is very low and very different from what I introduce in the MCDU. Then, about 10 to 15 minutes after takeoff, the low fuel warning appears on the ECAM, and usually 20 minutes past cruise, I run out of fuel. Is there anybody who can help me with this? This is very problematic for me... Thank you.

Hello there. I have noticed that recently, when I do my flights and I touchdown, I activate the reverse mode of my Thrustmaster Airbus TCA Quadrant. However, in the sim, the reversers do not seem to come out. Is there anything I can do about this? (the throttles have been calibrated and they work fine, even the detents are displayed). Thank you!

Hi , Anyone of you know how can fix the after the replay speed problem? After the landing I like to watch back landing in P3dv4.5. After that going trying to go the gate but the speed in on maximum so I had to break again but the runway is not enough to stop. So any of you experiencing the same issue? Any suggestion ? Hello guys! 1.) When I prepare for departure (at the Gate already) I always get an indication of the (Pitch) Command Bar, which doesn't correspond to the real world. Any ideas what causes this? The Pitch Command Bar in reality just starts to appear during Take Off Role when Take Off Thrust is Set. 2.) Any ideas how I can set the Zero Fuel Weight which I got on the OFP from Simbrief? 3.) Hello guys. I have the following problem: The landing gear does not come up after departure (stays at 3 green). It happens on approximately 1 to five takeoffs which is really annoying since the aircraft is not a cessna and it takes me 30 minutes from loading to take off using fs2crew, gsx level 2 and UGCX (for pushback). Until now, i am unable to find a pattern on what might be causing the issue. Needless to say that putting the lever down and up again does nothing! Any help would be really appreciated

Hello Aerosoft community. I'm having some problems with my A320 Professional that I just bought recently. Basically, whenever I launch the scenario and the game loads, the cargo doors and the front left door are open. In addition, the aircraft has all its systems started (with the GPU connected) instead of being in a Cold & Dark phase/status. If you could help me fix this issue, I will seriously appreciate it.
