Aerosoft Scenery

I am having a headache trying to install this scenery. I have copy and pasted my email address and serial number exactly as it is from Simmarket but when i click to proceed the installation i get an error message that either the serial number or email is incorrect, which is wrong as both are correct. How can i install this scenery?

I have strange issue with Geneva scenery. Two flights - two CTDs. The error is terrain.dll It happen on two different flights on AKITO 2N arrival , ils 04 between waypoints LIRKO and SOVAD, between FL 120 and FL80. I am using P3D v5. I can report I never had this ctd type. What can be a problem? Thanks

Hi I noticed that after installing Zurich Prof V2 (latest Version) that there is no entry in ASUpdater for Zurich. I reinstalled the Setup multiple times but no lock. Can you provide the XML or advise on how to fix this? Thanks.

After installing and starting the lovely Eder Wasserkuppe scenery in FSX:SE with airport EDS8 (not using EDER), the aircraft (Trike) starts some meters above the ground and runway 06 is only some meters long and then changes in a sandy airstrip. It has apparently to do with 3D (so I read in this forum) but earlier, I ran FSX and did not have this problem at all, so it should be something else then a 3D problem. Hopefully you can give me a solution. .

Recently noticed that Maastricht has had a small update, they seemed to have built a new cargo apron (see screenshot attached), which is being used by Qatar and the likes. Just wondering if there are any plans to update your scenery to reflect this? - Chris

Since this topic was closed, with a wrong hint to the problem, i reopen it. I dont install my addons in the Prepar3DAddons folder and also have this problem. Also that all apps that change files have this i cant really see. I have over 200 airports, with at least 25 from Aerosoft, this is happening with exactly 1 of them, EDDF. Lets say i believe you that its a false positive, i still cant install it.... When i unblock it it will again and again getting blocked and in the end the configurator doesnt work and the sim has scenery problems. What can i do? Hi, I don‘t get this error often, but when I do, it‘s always at SimWings EDDM. I already switched off all airport traffic etc., but it keeps happening. After I land, I have about 10min in which the vram gets bigger and bigger until it crahses with above error. Is there something you can recommend to set in order to save vRam at that specific scenery? Thanks! Aircraft parking all wrong, from aircraft parked on the grass to the runways, how can I solve. Joao Peralta

Today I had a look in my installation of Aerosoft's Malaga X v1.04 which I purchased/downloaded on 6.1.2019 and installed later on in that year on my PC with FSX Acceleration 10.0.61637.0 (FSX-Xpack.20070926-1421). I also visited my "Sofortdownloads" in the Aerosoft Shop and found that v1.04 is still valid. I used 'MissingLibraryAlert=1' in the [SCENERY] section of the fsx.cfg file and get a lot of missing objects errors (28!). What does this mean? A missing library? Appreciate any help. Hans

I had to re install FSX steam and all my aerosoft sceneries. During install I entered activation code and every thing work as normal. But when I go to any airport it's vacant or a giant sign tell to activate. What is going wrong here. Is another code needed? Bill M

Hi I have just purchased the AEROSOFT/FSDG_LITE-WINDHOEK_FSX_P3D_V100. After installing and starting i found the wheels on the aircraft at the gate have sunk into the tarmac. I am running FSX-Steam on Windows 7 64 bit. Never had this problem with any other scenery. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello guys, Just wanted to let you know that ILS frequency for rwy 22 has changed from 109.90 to 108.70 - so if aircraft flies the latest AIRAC, pilot will not be able to capture ILS in your scenery. So maybe we could expect the respective changes in AFCAD files? Thanks.

Good afternoon, I have installed FsGlobal Ultimate - Next generation for P3D v4.5. In some airports I am having problems with the screens, since the airport is sunk between mountains, or too high. When using FSX, FsGlobal incorporated the AFM tool to fix these variations in the field. How can I currently fix this issue? Attached images of Lukla airport. Thanks in advance. Greetings

Hello all, First of all, apologies if I am posting this in the wrong forum section or if this has been answered before. I could not find any yet. I am wondering if I purchase V4 compatible sceneries if they will work with V5? Through the installer. For example Approaching Dortmund and Napoli X. They are advertised as compatible with V4, I would like to get them but I only have P3D v5. There's an obvious answer that it may not work...but I have seen people use V4 sceneries Any thoughts? Hello all, I´m experiencing a problem with the SODE jetways in P3D V5 Aerosoft Cologne/Bonn Airport by @Jo Erlend. In particular, I have the SODE jetways installed, basically the way described in the SODE download manual coming with the files for the configurator. I´m on the latest EDDK version and therefore, I downloaded the latest SODE files for V1.0.9(.0). Put it into EDDK scenery folder-> Configuration Tool -> Library. Greetings. I would like to purchase the Aerosoft Maldives X airport (FSX-only compatible) and to try to install it in Prepar3D v4/v5. Can anyone recommend a method to successfully install this scenery in Prepar3D v4/v5? I read an Avsim post where someone recommended to create a fake fsx.exe (from notepad) inside the desired installation folder in order to force the installation in P3D v4 addons folder, but I find it risky, especially since I have to pay upfront for this addon (and if unsuccessful, I lose the money). I am performing a full reinstallation of my system. After have reinstalled Malaga X, with SODE jetways, I find that they do not operate at several locations. I have checked that the SODE related files are correctly installed in the SODE directory. According to my notes the jetways were working in my previous installation. What might be happening now? Hello, On a flight out of Brandenburg the controller asked me to go to M7 (rwy25L). I followed the chart to go to M7. To my surprise the entry point was marked M6. I asked the controller to confirm whether I was at the right entry point and he confirmed. Today I checked M8 and the entry point shows M7. My scenery is updated, so I assume there are some errors in the scenery. Is this so? Should I expect a correction? Regards, Domingos
