The Airbus X Extended is selling very well and the largest parts of customers are happy with it. But there are a few customers who have problems getting their hardware throttles to work with the Airbus X Exrended. To find a fix that works for as many as possible, we would like to invite those of You with the issue to work a bit closer with us inorder to pinpoint whats wrong. We have added keyboard throttling that will help those without a throttle axis to throttle. Note that this throttle solution throttle both engines at the same time. This feature will be released in v1.04 (probably in a few hours time). Note that this feature is a little beta. I will open the thread now since v1.04 is released.

This topic is created for people for people who have problem with the throttles. This very unfortunately but unavoidably causes headaches for about 0.5% of our users, a small percentage but a lot of customers. I will explain what causes it, why we have no alternatives but to do it this way and what you can do to solve it. Please state: - Number of hardware throttles You use -Using FSX standard axis assignment OR FSUIPC assignment. First and foremost : Make certain that no other controller axis' apart from those You want to use for throttles are assigned as so. If using the standard FSX controller setup mene: Set Nullzone to the leftmost position (No nullzone) and the Sensivity to the right most position (Max sensivity). Hi I'm using A320-321 extended with full satisfaction under FSX SE I have just received my Thrustmaster TCA Airbus pack (Throttle + Joystick) and I have some difficulties After installing the driver, the TCA pack is recognized by FSX and I can change affectations but for the Throttle part, both engine axis, switch for ignition, and engine start stick, are not usable in the cockpit of Aerosoft A320-321. Sorry for my poor english I saw somewhere that Aerosoft.AirbusX.A320_21.Configurator.exe have a version where you can chose to activate TCA pack. Hello, I don't know where to put this topic nor where to find some help. I am using AS Extended Airbus. I run FSX normally, than during flight preparation (going in / going out into and from the FSX) my plane is missing and i just see his shadow or part of it is missing. I also have installed the Orbx Global Base Pack, OpenLC Europe, FTX Global Vectors I am little bit out, as i haven't flown for over 6 years and i just got a brand new PC with excellent spec, so PC shouldn't be the problem. OS is Windows 10pro 64-bit. Let me know if you need any additional information. Comments and ideas are more than welcome. Thank you!

Hi all, I have the aerosoft a320 extended (318-321) and on all of them, the flight controls (Pitch, Yaw, roll) are frozen from the keyboard. the f3 to throttle up works, and it does not work with my saitek X52 pro flight system. Any pointers?? Thanks in advance!

In the MCDU, the DATA page doesn't let me change the code or IDLE/PERF. I should have to type in a code into CHG CODE to change IDLE/PERF. The code I do know about doesn't work. I get no error feedback when inputting into either field. It simply stays in the scratchpad without further action when I press a line select key. The real MCDU let's me put in a CHG CODE (ours is 3 letters). Then I can input the parameters I want into IDLE/PERF (e.g. "/2.0"). JetBlue

Just bought the airplane today, so I might miss something. I load fuel through the right FMS (amount calculated by PFPX). This works fine, however the aircraft doesn't burn any fuel. Third flight right now, I departed with about 3900 kg fuel in the A319, now during cruise I still have the exact same amount. P3D shift+z still shows 20% fuel, exactly the same as during takeoff. Same behaviour on A320. P3D "unlimited fuel" is off. Any idea how to fix this? Kind regards Werner Rafteseth

Hi, on the A318/A319/A320?A321 the plane will be going on as normal. no indications of any kind of problem, and no winds. Then it will suddenly jerk to one side and either accelerate or decelerate rapidly and the plane will start to climb. I am using a mouse and keyboard. Thank you

Hi, I have recently been getting this error where every time I taxi with any of the airbus x aircraft it slowly pulls away but then suddenly speeds up to 40 knots or so, and when i am taxing at a normal 20 knots or so it might increase to 80 knots. Its extremley frustrating trying to taxi now and even when i take off i begin the roll and about its a normal increase of speed then suddenly it goes to 180 knots or so... Any help would be much appreciated thanks guys!

Hi I have just reinstalled fsx with windows 10 and autothrust keeps dropping to idle then full power to maintain airspeed. Any ideas?? it should be just maintaining a constant power.

Goodday to you all, Can anyone plse advise which Throttle device I have to purchase to let this work at best with the Aerosoft Airbus (318 through 321) by which I can use Reverse-Thrust. I own now the Saitek Throttle Quadrant but after days/weeks of trying to get it work with the Airbus I give up (with and without FSUIPC and after reading hundreds of times of the manuals. (and yes, I have use the Airbus configurator) I have the Logitech ATK3 as Joystick and this works without any problems. So if someone can advise which throttledevice works without issues and with thrustreverse. many thanks for your tips and advice(s)

Hi guys. So, I recently installed the Airbus Extended X and it is a thing of beauty, BUT, I have a huge problem. Everytime I load either an A320 or A321, it loads fully throttled and I can't seem to control that with my joystick and, when I try to do it with the Keyboard, only F1 works and only If I keep pressing it. If I release it, it revs up again! Now, here's the weird part: This only happens with the CFM engined planes . The IAEs work perfectly fine! I've tried everything, so I hope you guys can help me. I was taught not to move the stick no more than 1/3rd of the way during >20 kts of crosswind because this would raise the spoilers on one side causing more drag and thus throwing out your performance data. I noticed that in the aircraft, this equates to the maltese cross on the PFD being at most adjacent to (touching) the center black square. Any more than this will cause the spoilers to raise on the opposite wing as mirrored in the lower ECAM. However in this sim, I can go about 75% deflection before the spoilers raise. Is my configuration wrong somehow? JetBlue

Hello. I am setting up the MCDU while on the ground. INIT-A page shows <-- --> arrows but I cannot get to INIT-B by pressing the right arrow on the MCDU keyboard. This *does* work in real life, by the way. I applied the latest hotfix and it might have caused this but I don't know. Once upon a time I was able to get to INIT-B. It now says "NOT ALLOWED" although there is nothing in the scratchpad. I have tried clearing it several times. I'm fairly familiar with the real life MCDU. Thanks JetBlue

Hello @all, since a few days i am testing the Airbus A319/320 Addon by Aerosoft. Everything works fine so far but i got some fueling issues with the right MDCU (Load/Fuel). If I set a Blockfuel manually or load a Loadsheet and fuel the aircraft, there is always a few amount of fuel in the surge/vent tanks and if I set Fuel=0 on the right MCDU there is always a few amount restfuel in the surge/vent tanks (wing tanks and center tanks are empty). Maybe i got it wrong but i thought the surge/vent tanks should be empty, at least at the startup, in case the fuel expands. My problem here is: i cant use the fuel in the s/v tanks. so a certain amount of the calculated fuel is mis…

When i'm using autopilot when the plane turn left , right or go up or down on its route . I don't see any move of aileron , elevator or rudder the wing just like when the plane fly straight ahead . when i manually fly the plane(not using autopilot) it all work normally . Hello guys! It's my first post so please forgive me if a sound noob. I purchased yesterday the latest Airbus A320-321 but haven't been able to control it after 2 minutes of flight. The plane becomes unresponsive as it climbs making a steep manouvere either on the left or right, becomes completely unresponsive and at the end crashes! At my first flight with airbus a320 i managed to work it a little and right before i almost land at 100 ft the plane manouvered again and crashed..
