Hi all, To make it much easier for David and I to write down and fix current issues, please write down it here. At the moment we are aware of: * Config tool not working * Manual is blank * Add-on.xml for P3Dv4 might be indicating "scripts" folder and not "script" folder * SODE - because the config tool is not working the workaround to get the files manually copy. Please browse C:\ProgramData\12bPilot\SODE\xml and you'll find there subfolder called "2 sode jetway options" - just cut/paste the xml file you want (with or without VDGS) to C:\ProgramData\12bPilot\SODE\xml I will edit this thread with workarounds and open issues…

We offer for some of our airports also SODE jetways. These files need to be downloaded separate. You will find them on this page: sode.aerosoft.com Important Note: The options for SODE Jetways are not part of the Product, soled by Aerosoft. They are free Options given by the developers to people who like to replace the Simulator driven Ctrl+J jetways with a SODE Version. Hello! I have a problem with EDDF V2 for Fs2004. It seems that this scenery creates some issues with other addons (not evety other); when I start a flight from eddf and land, for example, in limc, the ground texture of limc deafult scenery bleeds with the addon. (the same happens, as far as i know, in lebl, lfml, but not at eidw, lirf) I tried removing all the addons, checked the afcad, everything! If i use the old EDDF V1 this problem does not happen! Anyone hase experienced the same issue? Thanks a lot, Federico

P3D v.4.5 ATC does not properly route me to descend and approach to either runways 07L & 25R but instead, instructs me to vector/head off in opposite directions as I near the airport! All other rwys are effectively handled by ATC giving me the perfect descend and approach. Is there a known conflict or outdated AFCAD file in the scenery bgl files for 07L and 25R that could be causing this issue? Many thanks.

Hi! Unfortunately I had to uninstall OSL Mega Airport due to graphical issues. I uninstalled the program using Microsoft Add/Remove software. I use VATsim and they recommended AirportsOfNorway. At Gardermoen, I now see red crosses on each gate, which are from SODE (if I understand correctly). I see that the folders SODE_ENGM_DYN and SODE_ENGM are located in the Misc folder under SimObjects. Should I delete the two folders to get rid of the crosses, or will that cause other problems? Thanks in advance for your help. SOLUTION: I found this on another forum: ... hello all, I reinstall LSZH and now I have no terminal buildings in the scenery, only the jetways. i have deleted the old version and tried couple of times to install the latest version but without any luck.

Hello, I am hoping someone can help. I have had the EBBR Mega Scenery for a long time and all of a sudden it doe not appear in FSX (Acceleration Pack)_ when i attempt to add it manually, i cannot find its location although the Install Shield Wizard states it was successfully installed. So i try to add it old school by going into the scenery config file but as it is not in the aerosoft folder, i can't do it this way either. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hello People, I have Installed Aerosoft Heathrow Extended for FS2004. Unfortunately the AI Aircraft are sinking into the Ground. Thorsten once shared an Altitude BGL here: Heathrow Extended Altitude unfortunately i can't download this file anylonger... Can anyone readd it once more for Download? Would be massively appreciated! the mega airport rome 2015 scenario the textures of the airport are black and neither is the runway how do I solve this? you must help me I have an idea I will uninstall the scenario and reinstall it

NOTE: I have P3D v5 installed on an external hardrive (E:) to save up space, when I run the installation process everything works fine untill the installer tries to open the EGLLConfigV5 file I get an error message like the one shown in the picture below. How do I solve it???

Hi, I have recently done a complete clean of my PC and need to reinstall all my scenery etc. I have downloaded Prague software and every time I try to use the installer I get "There is no access to the internet. Please check the connection and/or Firewall settings". I have turned off all firewalls and anti-virus software including MS own and it still won't progress. Any advice please? thanks

Hello there, I'm contacting you because I recently installed the Aerosoft Mega Airport Frankfurt v2 Professional scenery on Prepar3D v5.4.9.28482. However, at night, I systematically have a strange lightning problem. Pixelated display bugs that move when I move my camera. See the photos below. Dear Aerosoft, Can you please advise how to properly activate the Jetways? When activating with the GSX Level 2 menu, the jetway raises itself in a parked position in an opposite direction of the aircraft. I then also get a message in in the GSX menu that it it waiting for other services to complete. Even after a long wait, I cannot get any jetway movement going. I've tried several gates and all give a similar result. Using SODA v1.80 / PREPAR3D v5.4 Appreciate assistance. Thank you. Herman

Dear Aerosoft, Seems ILS Frequency on Runway 25L not working, it is only show the Frequency. The IDENTIFIER not showing on the PFD as picture attached.

Just loaded Mega LHR and am parked at T5 in a PMDG 747-400. Through the forward windscreen the terminal building appears to be 'painted' with trees. The last time I parked a real 744 at LHR was 20 years ago and at T4 so I've never seen the airside wall of T5 up close. Is it safe to assume that it shouldn't look like that? I tried to reinstall Mega Oslo 2.0 P3DV4 V1140 and get an answer that It discovered an older installation that has to be removed before a new installation. I have deleted the install in Control panel/Programs and features and then restarted pc. Same answer also this time, Have gone through all the files I can think to try to find it but in vain. the V5 version installed OK Are anyone able to help HenningR

Bought this from Simmarket in 2021 for P3D I have received an update for it from Simmarket,however, all it shows is Aerosoft One set up. Installed it and my EDDB product is not showing even in "other products", So, i cannot download it from Aero One or Simmarket product page. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you Andy

Hello, I am using EDDF Prof v5 v2001 and I do not find the EDDFConfig.exe tool. Can I download it somewhere?

Just reinstalled Aerosoft simWings EDDM v1.0.1.0 for P3Dv5 using Aerosoft One. There is an upgrade to version 1.1.0.0 but this upgrade is not showing in Aerosoft One. It just says No Upgrades Are Available.
