I bought both the Airbus A320 professional family and the A330 professional about 3 months ago and just recently started having this problem. It shows up in all variants and an uninstall and reinstall didn't work and neither did the fix for the user_links.txt file. Any help?

Do you have a folder called WebSimBrowser in your sim root folder?

I do have the folder in my sim root folder

Reinstallation of the aircraft to get the new updates

To which folder did you install P3D?

To which folder did you install the Airbus?

I have P3D installed in my Program Files folder and the Aerosoft aircraft installed in the Documents folder

Your complete system is totally outdated:

- Windows 10 is outdated: run Windows Update as often as possible until no more updates are being offered

- all your Visual C++ libraries are outdated; latest versions can be found here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads-2647da03-1eea-4433-9aff-95f26a218cc0

- P3Dv4.5 is outdated, latest version is 4.5.14.34698; got to the P3D website and download HF3

Which exact version of the Airbus do you have installed?
