flightime56 1
Hi... When wanting to install a scenery, the AEROSOFT ONE does a new complete APP download EVERY time I start the APP, then messes up my files (sceneries) EVERY TIME in saying they are not installed? Please login to display this image. But they are installed correctly as shown here... Please login to display this image. Then it installs the sceneries in the wrong X-Plane version? I tried to set the correct install address, but its very confusing.... I selected X-Plane 12 (my version), but the two following address settings are very ambiguous? Please login to display this image. Please select "X-Plane" Application file? Is this the Simulator APP (X-Plane) or the remote store folder? Second folder is really asking the same question over again? So how do I tell Aerosoft ONE, were to correctly install the remote files, and in what correct X-Plane version it should install the shortcut files, when set... will it save the correct addresses for a restart! Thanks Stephen
Deputy Sheriffs mopperle 4164 Posted June 27 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted June 27 Stephen, your second screenshot shows the AerosoftONE (AO) library. This is the folder where the physical files are being placed. This folder is independent from the sim. AO additionally places links to this files into the addon folder of the sim. Usually AO finds the correct sim depending on the entries in the Windows registry. If you have multiple versions of the same sim you have to add it manually by 1. selecting the account under which the (other) sim is installed 2. pointing AO to the exe of the sim 3. pointing AO to the folder where the exe is located. If you still have problems, please open a ticket at Aerosoft.
