Hello, the airport LOWW from Gaya Simulation I bought in the Aerosoft Store is not showing up in Aerosoft One. Also not under the section: other products.  I also have never gotten a product key for it
What to do now? I would like to install the airport for MSFS 2024

I would guess, that like all other Gaya airports, it's not marked as '24 compatible and therefore won't be listed in the '24 section of Aerosoft One.

If you already have it installed into MSFS '20, you can manually enable it into the '24 Community Folder by using this tool:

If you don't have MSFS '20, maybe you can just directly add the 2024 Community Folder's path as the path to the 2020 Community Folder in Aerosoft One? Or, manually make a fake 2020 Community Folder and install it there via Aerosoft One, before manually moving the Gaya LOWW folder into the '24 Community Folder.

Lot's of interesting options to check out while we wait for official support for the Gaya products in '24, or maybe it will never come, but be included in coming World Updates as Gaya seems to be the primary contractor for modelling of sceneries for Microsoft Flight Simulator these days...
