Simmarket and aerosoft one cant download my purchased product.

I know this might already been brought up endlessly but I am looking for my purchased plane I bought through simmarket. 
So what happens, I bought the E-jets 190/195 freighter and downloaded the aerosoft one tool from simmarket. 
That is where it ends, the program does recognice my key but nothing more, nothing in library nothing under other products no link to download the product
So basically I paid 25 euro's for an app where I can purchase products from aerosoft, 
Whats up with that?

I went on to the main aerosoft page no link or portal where I can enter the key and download the product so my question is, where is it?

I am getting a little bit frustrated because I wanted to try this plane out but now because of some technicallitty or whatever I have to submit a ticket on here

same issue here! Can't find my purchase from Simmarket.

 

This is annoying. You need to work on you interface to the Simmarket plattform or don't offer your products there.
