I have bought a new a340-600 but unable to install it because it is not appearing on my One and plus One is not responding always saying "could not connect to aerosoft" Ihave the latest version.

I am writing to report an issue with adding my FSS 727 for MSFS2020 product to my account

Issue Description. I purchased the FSS 727 for MSFS2020 series from SimMarket. When I attempt to add the Product Key in my Aerosoft account the system shows successfully added message but the product does not appear in my product list and I cannot download or install the aircraft. It dosen't work even if I click the "REFRESH LIST" bottom. It dosen't work neither after I re-install the Aerosoft One and clear all Aerosoft One local files.`

Your support staff may have already seen my previous post regarding 727 Super 27 installation issues. I want to clarify that this is a separate issue occurring on a different computer. This is not related to my previous installation problem, it is a new issue.

I re-installed the Aerosoft One, deleting the old /user/user_name/AppData/Roaming/Aerosoft One folder. Besides, I tried different networks, different download regions and turned of the windows firewall, it still didn't work. I bought the add-on but unable to use it, which is quite disappointing.

I've submitted a ticket about this issue and am still waiting for a response. If any Aerosoft staff come across my forum post or ticket, please ignore one of the two. Thanks!

I bought Pushback Toolbar to use it on my Fs2024. But despite the fact that it it installed, I cannot see the tool in the toolbar.  I am not able to find any solution. 

if I look in dev mode to the packages, it says it is regularly mounted and installed...please see picture attached.

Does anyone have a fix for this? Or know where I can find a product ley on their website that Aerosoft One will recognize? I'm really not trying to give Aerosoft my money twice. I tried filing a ticket with Aerosoft but they haven't responded to my ticket yet, so my optimism is pretty low.

suddenly, since yesterday, the Aerosoft One app decided to remain stuck in the opening phase:

I tried to leave it running for a while, no progresses.
I tried to reinstall it, same behaviour.

Any idea? I saw a Warning in the log, but I do have no knowledge to solve it.

Any help with how to download it would be much appreciated. 

I have attached a screenshot of my Aerosoft One software, for reference. 

I'm wondering what is going on at Aerosoft these days. Last time i was simming (around 10/15 years ago) the company was very responsive, and really good with assisting its customers. 

I submited a support ticket three days ago about my purchase not being able to be downloaded in Aerosoft One and i notice that similar posts in this forum are unanswered. Very disappointing. 

Nevertheless, here's hoping that you can help me.

I have tried ensuring that Windows Defender is off, the machine has no antivirus except for Windows Native as it's purely for MSFS2024. 

Contrail, Simmarket, OrbX, IniManager are all working absolutely fine (i reinstalled Windows over the weekend, and installed over 90 airport sceneries with no problem), it's just Aerosoft One preventing me from Installing the Bali scenery that i purchased and have paid for. 

If someone could kindly look into the issue so that I may enjoy a flight to Bali, or alternatively, refund the money if you can't make your systems work, that would be lovely.

What to do?

Is it possible to purchase the CRJV2 update ( at a reasonable price ) if I originally purchased via Marketplace place 5 years ago?? 

I purchased v1 of the CRJ back in 2021 from Simmarket.   Tonight, I went to Simmarket and saw v2 of the CRJ there, and I "purchased" it -- it correctly said $0, and then v2 appeared in my downloads page at Simmarket.  All good so far!

In Simmarket's download page, v2 of the CRJ directs me to download Aerosoft One.  Ok, fine.  I have some add-ons that are downloaded/installed via Aerosoft One, so no big deal.  I let it (re)download Aerosoft One.  All good so far!

Next, go into Simmarket's ORDERS page, and copy the serial number there.  Then go to Aerosoft One...click on Library...then in the lower left corner click on ENTER PRODUCT KEY.  Then you will be prompted to enter product key/serial number you got from Simmarket's ORders page.

The CRJ v2 now appears in your list of stuff to download/install.

Hopefully this will help others who purchased the CRJ thru Simmarket a few years ago, and want to upgrade to CRJ v2.
