aviaCDU + CRJ V2 Bundle installation issues

Hello, I have purchased the CRJ V2 via the aerosoft website but as the "aviaCDU + CRJ V2 Bundle MSFS" when I try to install it says on the website that it must be done using the Aerosoft One software, however, when I go into that software, it doesn't recognize that I own the aircraft (Single product) after logging in, on the left corner, where it says other products, it actually shows this bundle, but it says it is unavailable to be installed with Aerosoft One. So now I'm going back and forth between the website and the software, and I have no way of actually downloading the CRJ. 

Any help with how to download it would be much appreciated. 

I have attached a screenshot of my Aerosoft One software, for reference.
