Hello, I have a problem when I try to launch Notruf 112 2. When I launch a game, the game loads up to 98% and then the game closes. Does anyone know where the problem could come from? I just reinstalled it 1 hour ago and I'm having trouble finding the problem. Thanks in advance.

Reply from support anyhow I figured it out and why the plane acts drunk on pushback on the Xbox store download the insiders app go to Msfs 2020 previews and join the su15 preview for some reason it’s still on here even though su 15 was already released. Aerosoft how come it takes a consumer to work things out step up your dam game.

I don’t know where this is supposed to go but I’m out 10$ I bought the pushback addon from the mp on Xbox and can’t get a refund nor a reply from you guys I sent a email and it’s been 2 days. I have a question about updates in the Aerosoft One App. Today I received a CRJ-Bundle update via the Aerosoft One App for FS2020. According to the Aerosoft One App this should be version 1.0.18.0. But when I read the Manifest.json file it is still version 1.0.17.0 Did you perhaps forget to update this file? I found this out because I use MSFS_AddonsLinker to enable or disable my liveries where I saw with the CRJ that it was still version 1.0.17.0. I hope I have informed you sufficiently, I remain, Hans

My embraer 190-195 suddenly ask me to enter the serial while i already did yesterday. It says the serial is invalid while it's the exact serial from my account. Anyone know what i have to do to fix this? I cant even fly it now. I flew with it yesterday after i bought it. Very strange...

Read through previosu threads. None of them worked. Just did the update and now my serial number no longer works. This needs fixed asap as I can no longer used the addon I paid for.
