Hi, i was looking for A321 CFM pro with SATCOM, unfortunately i have not found the exterior models provided; though i noted that the IAE variant has the SATCOM compiled exterior model. Any possibility if the developer can provide the mdl file for exterior model of A321 CFM pro with SATCOM for P3Dv4.5+? my Aerosoft A32x family version is 1.4.3.2 as per Aerosoft Updater

IAM haveing issue for aerosoft a330-300 nav strobe and landing light are always off even if i switch on from overhead panel some time if i deleted contents and re install it work one time only do you think the problem from antivirus or what

Not sure how this can be addressed is but the lights on the exterior of the A330 (nav, strobe, landing etc) in P3DV5 have always looked really dim and unrealistic. In fact, it seems to be a common theme (for me at least) across all of the AS busses as well as the CRJ in P3D V5. When it is daylight out you can almost barely notice them at all and what you do notice appears . Especially anything that produces a strobe like effect (beacon, white strobes). One thing I did notice is when using the Parallel 42 Immersion package for the A320 product line, it drastically improves these effects to a much more realistic look. TrueGlass is missing (not installed) with the latest A330 installer (Version 1.0.5.1). As a result, the windshield rain and rain repellent effects won’t be visible. Hope someone will resolve this issue soon.

Dear AS Support, I recently moved from Windows 10 to 11 and simultaneously switched to P3Dv5.3HF2. After installing the A318-319 and A320-321 ver. 1.4.3.2, I notice that the dome light is not functioning. The switch moves but there is no appropriate reaction. I've looked in the effects folder and can see the fx.ASABV4_VC_DOMELIGHT_BRT.fx and fx.ASABV4_VC_DOMELIGHT_DIM.fx files A further observation from my side... I notice that there are 51 items in the effects folder whilst previously there were 55??? Dear: I so far had used P3D v5.2. Now updated to v5.3. But I find black textures for the add on aircraft except PMDG and Majestic. It shows black textures for flight deck, exterior, buildings and taxiways. P3v v5.3 is almost unusable except PMDG and Majestic. I updated Nvidia driver to the latest. My GPU is: geforce Nvidia GTX 1080. I also cleaned Shaders folder. Still black textures. Any help? Regards, Haseen Ahmad.

Hello, I do have a problem with the A320 Sharklet version. Unfortunately the Nav and Strobe lights are being displayed in the wrong location recently. They are located, where they are usually for the non sharklet version. This leads to strobe lights and nav lights that are in the wing. I am using the P3D V4. Is there any help? Hello Gents, After installing the A330 on P3Dv5 I kept on having this issue as per the images where once I click to view outside the whole scenery and aircraft goes black; the scenery will load after that but the aircraft doesn't load and stays as is. If I stay inside the cockpit nothing will happen it will function normally. I updated all my drivers including the audio driver but that issue haven't been solved. This happens specially with the A330 aircraft but if I try it with any other default aircraft on P3D none of this happens. Hi,I have noticed my Aerosoft Airbus A320 Professional appears too much reflective/Glossy on the outside(all base + downloaded texture repaints). Using Prepar3D v5.3(latest version +hotfix applied) All settings to medium,reflection to medium settings in sim. I have not faced this issue with P3D v4/4.5. I use EA(Enhanced Atmospherics) ON,but tried deleteing Shaders,turning EA OFF,but still the textures look glossy.I have seen someone here post a similar issue and still didnt find a suitable solution to this problem.I do not see the issue with the Aerosoft A330Pro,as the textures appear fine as its a PBR model. Hello, Is there anyway to disable the annoying wingtip vortices that come when flying the Airbus A321-A318? I know that it is real life that this happens but it seems like this happens on every flight especially when landing and it is just annoying. Thanks in advance!

Hi at Aerosoft. The PBR textures don´t look right since P3D V5.X. Currently I am on P3D V5.1HF1. Dynamic reflections "off" does eliminate this glossy film. All other Dyn Reflect. settings (like Low, medium high or ultra) does not have any influence on this glossy film. This glossy film is also visible on the inside cockpit textures with PBR. Turning Exposure on/off or changing HDR sliders does also not have any effect. Is an update planned to make this plane compatible again? As I take my own tablet with all features of the EFB into the cockpit when I fly, the built-in EFB is redundant and somewhat distracting. I am using the latest version of the aircraft and everything is working perfectly. Does Aerosoft still have mdl files without the EFB, which I can use to replace those in the latest version of the A320's and which will be compatible? How can I access such files, or could they be emailed to me, if they are, in fact, available?

Hi Guys, Great product.I seem to have an issue with every addon livery i install,they are all from the Aerosoft forum and all compatible with P3Dv5.3(latest version).I have tried to reintall the Airbus range on numerous occasions but still the issue is there.See atttached images.the only way i can correct the problem is to copy the VC panel from a default Airbus,any ideas on how to fix it. When I click on the Captain's PFD, it is incomplete, but the first officers is OK. I have uninstalled my A330 and re-installed it, but to no avail. Please help. I have attached a picture of my incomplete PFD Many Thanks Richard

Hi i am having issue with the door controls whether i do it manual or with GSX where they don't open i am on the latest version with experimental clicked and with a fresh install downloaded from the website. Hello! I do have blank mainpanel textures P3D4 A319/320, but cannot find A321. Is there one to download? I know it's working with A321, but reference speeds are different in A321 cocpit. Thank's: MikaV

Hi Guys, Happy New Year,ive just upgraded from P3Dv4.5 to P3Dv5.3 and the cockpit lighting in v5 is very dim compared to V4.5. Any ideas on how to improve the brightness of the lighting.Settings are the same in both sims,no EA and no shaders. Gary Jones.

I'm on P3D v5.2.22.27615 and 1.4.3.0 for the A320 fam. Cannot get exterior lights to properly display on these aircraft. The switches work, but there's no effect outside the cockpit from the landing lights, taxi lights, etc. From an exterior view, no beacon or strobe can be seen, but the coronas for the landing lights are visible, just no splash -- i.e. dark runway. Oddly, the wing lights seem to work, as do the logo lights (see screenshots). I was having lighting issues inside the flight deck but a re-install seems to have fixed that.
