firstcaptainjones 4
Hi Guys, Happy New Year, ive just upgraded from P3Dv4.5 to P3Dv5.3 and the cockpit lighting in v5 is very dim compared to V4.5. Any ideas on how to improve the brightness of the lighting.Settings are the same in both sims,no EA and no shaders. Gary Jones. Please login to display this image. Please login to display this image. Romano Lara 8
Yep, same! The daytime texture looks better after installing the V5.2 HF textures update from Aerosoft. But the night lights are still wrong and way too dim. Please login to display this image.
Deputy Sheriffs Hanse 216 Posted January 17, 2022 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted January 17, 2022 Copy the attached file RealLight.xml p. e. into the folder ........\Aerosoft\Aerosoft A320-A321 Pro V5\SimObjects\Airplanes\Aerosoft A320 CFM Professional\RealLight and as well into the other same folders for the other models. Maybe this helps. Please login to display this image. Maybe also adjust the settings for the lights according to your needs. Please login to display this image. Deputy Sheriffs Hanse 216 Posted January 18, 2022 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted January 18, 2022 Hi Gary, Yes, this file is modified and adapted to the "AS Airbus P3D V5.2 HF1 EA Update". So before installing to test it, you should make a backup of the existing files. Regards, Rolf
