I've created this forum for discussion of the Aerosoft A330 Professional performance data for flight planning (basiscally Simbrief and PFPX data). Attached below is a link to the Simbrief profile I created for the Aerosoft A330-343, and attached to this post is a PFPX profile I created for the A330-343. I'm sure that in time some talented people will improve upon what I'm provided, but you should find my performance information fairly accurate. Hello, Recently I have had trouble using the Aerosoft A320 series on P3D, because as soon as I load the sim, it shuts down, as if it had crashed. However, there is no application crash log recorded in Event Viewer. The sim loads all the scenery and goes through the normal loading process, and for about 30 seconds I can see the cockpit with blank screens and the engine sound playing on loop. However I cannot interact with anything and the sim shuts down shortly. This happens on any A320 variant at every airport. I'm using Prepar3D v5.4 on Windows 11 build 26100. My graphics drivers are up to date. I have tried completely uninstalling the A320 variants and deleting C:\…

Hi I've been using the Airbus for years, and the Pro version for about 3 years or so - no problems by and large. But today, after making no changes whatever, not even scenery updates, I open the A320 and it's basically dead. There are random issues like instead of in the turnarouns state W(which is what I use as default) the aircraft is cold dark. The horozontal panel bar isn't there and I have to load it from the panel selector (never happened before); The P3D panel won't open, only the FSX one (I don't have FSX, I'm opening the aircraft in PrD4.5); In the Pop Up MCDU Menu the Acft State, Acft Doors, Gnd Service and Checklist selections are…

I was been using The P3d for years. I Have just started The Aerosoft A320 Family. I tried to learn a lot of information from the internet. But I couldn't get information about two subjects. 1. In the original cockpit turning left, right, up, down is very slowly. Can the speed of this be increased? 2. The aircraft does not warn to rotate during take off. Hello, I recently bought the a320 family professional and I’m really loving it so far. The only problem I noticed is that once I reach the acceleration altitude after takeoff, the aircraft tends to pitch down too much, almost leveling off (2-300fpm) until reaching 250kts. I subscribe to Navigraph and can successfully load the current cycle from secondary to active. When there is a cycle update, after running Navigraph, the most recent cycle appears in the secondary and again, can be cycled to become active. This is as expected in real aircraft. However when I reboot P3D, the active database becomes the original build (1913) and the current database is shown in secondary. Also just like real aircraft, swapping databases will dump stored flight plan data. This means that I cannot save any scenarios, as when booting, the database is wrong and swapping it means reloading all data. How can the current databas…

Hello all ! I have only had the A330 for a few days and I noticed the following error. On my last long-haul flight, the plane was parked after 7 hours as shown in the picture. The fuel was empty and I was not even halfway through the journey. Can anyone tell me what the reason for this is or whether the error is known. Many thanks

I have read about this problem in other topics already but for me the problem still exists and has not been resolved by several reinstalls. When flying the A330 with autopilot engaged at some point the pitch trim commands nose down trim which results in a shaking movement of the elevators which seem to try to compensate the nose down trim. The airplane begins to tremble around the pitch axis which is very annoying. When I disengage autopilot the trim runs back to a normal position and I can connect the autopilot again until it starts all over again. I really like the A330 and I think it is a very good representation but this problem makes it unfylable for me sadly.

Hi! I've been noticing the EXTRA/TIME feature in the MCDU does not update as you fly. Wasn't it supposed to reach 0 (zero) whenever you get to a point you don't have any additional endurance to alternate? It doesn't seem to work that way. Whenever I reach my minimum fuel over destination the EXTRA/TIME feature continues to show the same amount as before and it just won't even decrease. Would anyone help me understand it? Thanks!

We are currently investigating users reporting some issues with power loss (total blackout), managed speed (IAS drop) and missing paper from printer. We are trying our best to get these sorted as soon as possible. However, these issues are somewhat hard to reproduce and don’t necessarily happen on every system or flight. Hello, I am having issues with the FMS not following a flight plan, that is properly configured with no discontinuities and a SID. As soon as the first waypoint is reached, the FMS looses its bearings and cycles through the flight plan, eventually sometimes even moving past the landing runway and into the missed approach. This generally happens shortly after takeoff. I can use the DIR function to enter waypoints in, one at a time, entering the next waypoint at the point in which I arrive at a preceding waypoint but the aircraft will simply not follow a full flight plan anymore. Hello, I just received the Thrustmaster TCA Quadrant pack, means the Quadrant (Throttle) and the Add-on (Flaps & Spoilers). Regarding the Throttle part, I follow the procedure described in the Vol1 (version of October 15th, 20) and it's working well (Engine 1, Engine 2, Engine Mode). Now I would like to install the Add-on (Flaps & Spoilers). Can you help me there? Is there already a complement to the procedure of last October? Good day, I'm not quite sure if this is the correct forum for this topic, but I need some help with creating a new ILS. I assume this can still be done in the data section of the FMGS. If so, is there perhaps a manual, or user guide, that I can download? All my efforts thus far have come to a standstill at the point of entering the ELEV data, which consistently gives a message of "NOT ALLOWED". I cannot figure what information is required in this part of the screen. Is there some kind soul who can help me over this hurdle? I will be very grateful.

Hi I have started to get FMGS.dll errors when closing the sim. I got two errors in event viewer. I have the latest Airbus A320 Family Pro installed. I know its happening when closing the sim but I'm concerned that it could pop up during flight. Is there anything I can do to fix it? Hi All of a sudden, having made no changes I have a few problems - first ENGM gates doesn't load so I follow the fix here and they are restored. Then I try to load the Aerosoft A320 pro in ENGM and there are none there, only the A319. All my A319 Liveries are present and it loads fine other than it seems there is a default prop aircraft noise present in outside views. In the P3D folder I see both models present; I've not made any recent changes to my system and both models were present last time I used the sim 2 days ago - it's a mystery! Please can you help me work out what's gone wrong? Thank you.

I know there's a post last 2020 regarding the "missing flare law" for this A330 design. In my real world experience. There's a significant nose down effect of the aircraft that you have to maintain a slight back pressure on the stick. I agree there's no number written in the fcom in how much degrees but it would help to add FLARE MODE.

I was climbing under clb mode but it didn't keep in managed speed, instead, it climbed rapidly and the speed dropped to green dot speed, then the autopilot made the aircraft descent, however, it didn't pulled up even till the aircraft was overspeed, while the fd indicating a pitch up The autopilot was on, no ice condition, no overload during this flight Sorry guys I mentioned a possible method of solving this problem yesterday, it did work, however, the problem occurred again today, it seems like this solution can only last for few times, so I woder if there is a better and more functional solution Thanks a lot!

There is a problem with the A320 and A321 Professional. I am unable to set flaps 2 for the aircraft. When I increase flaps from 1 to 2 or decrease from 3 to 2 the flaps lever snaps to 1. I am running on P3D 4.5 H3 and use X-56 Hotas. The controller works perfectly with other planes in P3D but not for the Buses. I have tested removing all controllers and the same thing happens when I use the F5-F8 keys on the keyboard. From flaps up pressing F7 increases to 1 and then snaps back. Hi, I'm suddently experience a problem when I select one of your aircrafts on my P3Dv4,5. When I press OK, its start rolling and after a moment, when I click on the program, it says that P3D is not responding. All my other planes PMDG (all models) and QW 787 are working correctly.
