Attached are situation files that I created especially for users who have trouble to start the engine of the Robin. For FSX: Please copy the 3 files from the Zip-file into your "My Documents/Flight Simulator X Files" folder. For P3D: Please copy the 2 files from the Zip-file into your "My Documents/Prepar3D Files". Hi, Ian, the developer of the SDI C4 gauge has done a great update for you. The advantages are: 1) FG:RTE setting on GOTO cursor position now reads the arrival height of the destination waypoint all the way around the task. 2) Vario/STF switch can now be toggled via keyboard or joystick 3) Static port (SEGEL/MOTOR) can also be toggled via keyboard or joystick now. Here's a tutorial on the various pressure sources a glider has, also simulated in the Aerosoft Discus. In each case they are a 'nozzle' picking up the outside pressure, connected to a run of pneumatic tubing to bring that pressure to the instruments in the cockpit either to move a pressure vane in an analog instrument (Winter vario, or Air Speed Indicator) or to be measured by an electronic sensor (SDI C4). Please note you need the .NET distribution (dotnetfx.exe) and the Visual C++ run time files (vcredist_x86.exe) to run all parts of this product. Almost all users will already have this installed, but in case something does not work as it should, do install these two files. They are near standard parts of the modern Windows system.

Wie die meisten von euch wissen, fliege ich den Discus auch im realen Leben. Für mich stand im Vordergrund ein möglichst realistisches abbild der Flugeigenschaften und des Handlings zu erstellen. Klar, dass auch das 3D-Modell nicht zu kurz kommen durfte. Ich hoffe mit dem Produkt, Einsteiger in die Segelflugwelt ebenso anzusprechen, wie eingefleiste Segelflieger. Hi I have just just bought Discus X program as I used to fly a Discus BW Every time I try to load it into FSX Steam FSX crashes out I thought that Winch X caused it but I closed Winch X down when it started and FSX still crashes Please help!! Regards Charles

I had to stay and stuck with the Steam version, so finally I given up to play with this astonishing plane, because of the following reasons: Main battery pull switch sometimes stops to work. Fuel pump sometimes is muted when turned on and does not seems to pump at all. Both beacon and strobe lights burns out. (or never worked) If I guess there is no fix for these problems at this time.

Is b21_vario.dll identical/joined to ASK21 only, or it modifies other FSX systems since the first start? If this module loads from dll.xml it will broke systems of other aircrafts. Load the default FSX Cessna then you'll not able to switch off batteries. Is that true? Thank You!

In the robin DR400's Virtual cockpit,,a little paper appears on the airspeed indicator, saying "please switch on advanced animation". What am I suppose to do ? Thanks for helping.

I recently purchased the Discus FSX glider and I have found the canopy reflections very annoying. I see that there is a thread (now closed) With an alternative file called "less-reflection.zip" but even though I have downloaded it several times, the file is corrupt. Hi, The Discus and other planes by Aerosoft I've bought should be compatible with P3DV4 (and P3DV4x???) I've tried to install it in P3DV4 but the installer refuses all the paths I've tried.
