Hi, I recently upgraded my P3D version and my airbus aircraft have basically stopped working. Most buttons aren't clickable and some options are greyed out on the FMS. I redownloaded multiple times.

Hi everyone, does exist a Sid and Star viewer? I.e. I want depart from EDDF, so I would like see its sid and star on a map, based on an AIRAC database. I know that in the Airbus I can review flight plan on ND.. but is there a simple viewer to do it? Thanks

Purchased Airbus A320/A321 new version from Aerosoft. After Climb the Altitude is reached and a few seconds later it the nose starts going up and down. Is it normal? I would appreciate some help please. I purchased this add-on via steam. If I try and start either model manually or buy using MCD2/Aircraft state the engines, in turn, spool up and then cut out. The fuel level halves with the first engine and then empties with the second. I'm using FSX SE on Windows 10. I have purchased a non-steam version of the A318/319 and this works fine. Hi, I have an issues with A320/321 on FSX, every two seconds the image go from smooth to robotic , and then smooth to robotic again sucessively every two seconds, I already update the video card driver, it only happend with this aircraft.

Aerosoft, please can you add failures it is so annoying not being able to add any failures. I know someone who is a pilot and he constantly wants to perform hydraulic failures but we can't do anything. This is the downside of airbus x. Now, I am aware that you believe that you would lose money on this 'statistically' but it would make this so much better. would love to here your thoughts on this topic.

Hello, I am a licensed user of FSX Steam and Airbus Bundle (A320/321/318/319). I would like to get printout of user manuals which are located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FSX\DLC\500201\Aerosoft\Airbus A320_A321\Documentation But the pdf’s which are provided are print disabled by PDF Security. I would like to get formal support but this time aerosoft.com asks for serial numbers of the products which I don’t know how to get it from steam version. Can you help me to have print enabled versions of these documents. Regards,

i installed my aerosoft earlier but i only got few planes even though in my simobjects folder there a lot of planes installed but when i change my aircraft there are only a few showed up.

After loading the aircraft when I try to move the aircraft thrust levers are moving but I can not get any thrust power in ECAM CLB,MCT and Toga is at 0.0% and when i try to load fuel it is not working. I use Logitech Extreme 3 pro and I don't use FSUIPC Thanks

When I load into FSX with the aerosoft airbus selected the aircraft loads in and it's freezing ever few seconds then it moves a frame and then freezes again. I'm running the recommended settings for it I've uninstalled and reinstalled them several times, I've tried getting help from the internet but it came up as inconclusive. Is there a way to fix this problem if so how I want to be able to use the aerosoft airbus again please any thing helps. Oh also the game says I'm getting like 40 fps but it freezezls for a while then moves even with 40 fps. This issue started 1 day ago. I need lots of help this is my favorite addon.

I have found that, when planning a flight from Heathrow to Istanbul new airport (LTFM) the Fuel Planner would not recognise this airport. Is there a way of updating the Fuel Planner to include this rather new airport? Regards, Domingos
