Faulty Honeycomb Alpha

Featured Replies

Hello, I purchased the Honeycomb Alpha and Bravo bundle from Aerosoft at the beginning of August. The bundle arrived at home, but in the same day I left in vacation, so I didn't have time to open the package. You can imagine how anxious and happy I was this week, when I arrived back home, and one of the first things I've done was to install my new toys. All good, but unfortunately the buttons no. 3 and 4 from the Honeycomb Alpha do not work. They are not recognized or seen by the MSFS, nor by Windows Devices Settings. I have spent the last three days reading various forums and I've tried literally all the solutions in existence (apart from the resoldering the RJ-45 connections on the Alpha internal board), to no avail. It seems that Honeycomb support does not exist anymore, hence my appeal to support on this forum. I cannot return the faulty device, as there are more than 14 days since purchase. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
