MCDU (Left side)

Hello, Just recently purchased the regular 320/321 and plan on doing mainly US domestic and some ocean crossings. After a couple hours with the 320, I have a couple questions in regards to the MCDU. (Coming from a Boeing so bear with me.) 1) Is there a pretty way of displaying Position Reports on an Airbus MCDU like you can in 767? Like a 76 with a non-Legacy FMS will do a nice page with PTAPTP. 2) In the F-PLAN page or another page, how do you change the cruise speed? Like reducing for turbulence or maintain for spacing. Idk if manually selecting Mach on the autopilot panel will change the fuel economy like it will in a Boeing. Just want…

Hi, I might be wrong, but when I load the loadsheet into the MCDU right and I click on "load instant", I can see the actual CG (i.e. 27) taken from Fuel Planner. But the INIT2 page shows me still the value of 25 meanwhile the ZFW value is updated. So do I need to enter 27? Or something is wrong? I have A320/1 v1.31, FSXsp2 (run with admin rights) Thanks

Hi, Yesterday, 15th feb 2020, I purchased the A320/A321 package Version 1.30. Today after doing a trail with newly installed liveries eg Easyjet and Thomson, i came across the issue that others have reported. Although in fairness, my loss of engine data on the MCDU was after changing liveries on landing... Any ideas as to the cause..?? A320/1 was installed as Admin and virus etc was turned off... Thank you.. Ps...running FSX Sp 2 and Win10 latest drivers etc etc

I'm currently learning how to fly the a320 on P3dv4, i do my flight plan on PFPX, normaly when i enter my flightplan in my FMC on the 789 he automaticaly set the speed and altitude but on the a320 he d'ont set it automaticaly and i d'ont know how to set it. thank for your help

Hello. I have now repeated the problem that whenever I enter a DIRECT TO in the MCDU a few seconds later the FSX crashes. What could be the problem? Previously only tested in the Aerosoft a320. Thanks Markus

I frequently see my left MCDU in the Aerosoft Airbus 321 start up with Engine = "Unknown" after I load or reset a flight in FSX:SE. I'm using the genuine Aerosoft distribution (not from Steam), and I'd appreciate your assistance in resolving this. I'm learning that the Aerosoft A320 is kinda temperamental, just like the "real thing"...

I have tried every fix out there on the internet but no avail. Even tried installing FSX SE again. I had this product for almost 2 years already and I never had the Engine Unknown, A0-0 issue ever. I have no idea why is this only happening now. Please if anyone knows the solution that actually works or aerosoft can resolve this issue as I saw I am not the only one who is going through this painful process.

I'm not sure if i'm asking in the right place or even if something similar has been asked before but i'm not sure what to do if something is wrong, out of date or incorrect. I've recently attempted flying from Cardiff (EGFF) to Menorca (LEMH), I have programmed the flight plan including the SID but when I go to select the STAR there are none. It offers 2 different ILS approaches for both RWY 01 & 19 but no STARs I know Menorca uses them but am not sure if this is due to the Nav Data Base being out of date or not ? Or even if i'm just using out of date charts. If anyone is able to help me with this it would be a help. Thanks.

When I load into the A-320, the main MCDU screen when I first start up the plane says no nav data. I use Navigraph and I've already tried to update it but it doesn't work. How do I fix this? This image is not mine

My A319 seems to have stopped autmoatically entering ils frequencies in the rad/ nav page when choosing a runway and star in the MCDU. Anyone else had this problem or know why it might be happening?

Hi, Sometimes MCDU programming caused me a CTD. It happened three times, in different routes. Two times when I cancelled a F-plan discontinuty: I got CTD by clicking to accept the temporary plan. And one time when I used the function Dir To. I have Airbus v1.31, FSX-Sp2, Win10 last update. CTD occurred twice with default cycle 1511, but the last time was with the update to 1912. When entering the arrival airport temperature in the APPR menu under the PERF page group, is the temperature entered to be in fahrenheit or celcius?

I was setting an offset to a waypoint in the MCDU and immediately I entered a distance (5L in this case) FSX crashed to the desktop with the following error. Axe CoRte Editor FMGS.ini not found in< C:\users\admin\documents\Aerosoft\Airbus\FlightPlans\FMGS.INI Program will be terminated! I think I may have solved this, it was the company route editor needed an upgrade to load. I have not tried the MCDU again but will in the next few days, I assume the MCDU was trying to edit the route somehow using CoRte editor and could not load it. Thought I would post in case anyone else has the same issue. Mike

I keep getting a very annoying problem. Every time I try to fly from an airport that is Not the Default airport; I get the message" Unknown Engine." I then have to leave FSX-SE and start again, sometimes also restarting my PC. This can take 10 minutes or more. If I fly from the Default airport this fault does not happen. Normally I save the flight after unloading the passengers where-ever I land. But like most people I sometimes need to start somewhere different. I am using the Aerosoft A321 supplied by Steam. Any Ideas please?

Hi all, first, I've tryed to look for a solution in différents topics but at this time no way. I've installed then uninstalled and re-installed: same problem. When I try to load a Flight plan in left MCDU , it can't find the fp. First method by enter the co route (eg PAJNCYVR01) Nothing appear in the F-Pln Page.Second method: by entering via PAJN/CYVR, it said CYVR not in data base. I've tried all the flight plan store and I've the same result. All my FP are in Users\jean-\Documents\Aerosoft\General\A3XX Flightplans. I've gave the right to all program to run in administrator mode. Any idea??? Many thanks

Hi. I'm frustrated wiht the Airbus 320. Alwasy that I press DIRECT TO in the FMS, this causes a crash in the Fligh Simulator X Sp2. I've uninstalled an installed again (ver 1.31), the flight simulator app, . I've reinstalled all Microsoft Redistruible c++. I've followed all the steps of tis threat, Problems, but I continue with the problem. I need support about this issue. I've attached in zip file all the configuration of my computer. Hi Everyone, I just recently bought the latest AIRAC cycle and tried to install it into my Aerosoft folder using the installer given by Navigraph (I have a subscription to Navigraph). I switched the configurator located in the DLC Folder to Navigraph but the folder won't show up in my Airbus_Fallback folder, the folder that's suppose to be Navigraph is NavDataPro. I need help because I don't want to buy a subscription from NavDataPro Thanks. I use Steam Edition and bought the A320 from Steam

Hi everybody, I own the Aerosoft A318/19/20/21 Addon which I bought on Steam. Soo after I saved my flight my FSX crashed (Still dont know why but ok) and I wanted to load my saved flight. When I was in the cockpit every screen was black and the flight plan wasnt entered anymore. So it was in ColdnDark state. I know theres an option called Flight plan recorder and it also worked before but now it doesnt work anymore. Hope you can help me. (Sry for my bad english im from Germany).
