I download a320 from steam. when I download the a320/ a321 it works fine but after 1 or 2 days.. it starts showing Engine unavailable with A0-0 on top and I cant use the mcdu at all.... please help me with a permanen solution.... please help me...

Left MCDU not recognizing engine type

I installed a new livery through Aerosoft and the aircraft displays correctly however, the left MCDU shows "unknown" engine type. I've checked the aircraft.cfg and insured the entries matched the known entries of the Aerosoft livery for the same engine. Also none of the other aerosoft liveries show the engine type. Whenever I start with an Aerosoft aircraft it has it's engines running. How can I fix this?

Fix info radial

I am landing at LOWI. To help with situation awareness I want to add this fix info to the nav display.

INN radial 286

OEJ radials 246 and 064

PAT radius 19nm

I can enter the fix info (radials and the radius) for OEJ and PAT.

When I try to enter the radial for INN I click the LSK the scratch pad 286 text disappears as if the data has been accepted, then nothing appears in [ ] to show 286 and the nav display does not show the line either. The radius and abeam for INN works, but not the radial. Any ideas how to make this work?

I tried using OEV in place of INN the same result as INN it will not display the radial.

Aerosoft A320/321 transitions now working

Good Morning,

I went to do a flight out of KDFW last night. Everything went well until I clicked departure after click KDFW in the F-PLAN page. Everything started running very slow, with about 10 second MDCU input lag. Then, once I selected the runway and SID, the transitions just didn't show up. I waited for about 5 minutes, and nothing. After that I entered a different DEP airport, and there was no input lag and all of the transitions were there and worked just fine. Any help is appreciated. If you need anything else let me know.

Airacs not updating on MCDU and navigraph folder missing

Hello everyone. I had the aerosoft airbus install and few days earlier i uninstalled it. I installed it again but of course it is with Airac 1511 i think. Before i uninstall it i had installed the airacs 2014 which they worked, once i moved the airacs folders onto PROC and navdatapro. Now i tried to to the same but i cant find them in my Airbus_fallback folder.

Should i delete the old navdatapro file and re install the new airacs?

Can you also please tell me the correct path of navigraph installation? thanks

A321 Waypoint issue

I have created a flight plan using Simbrief for SAWB/NZWD, saved in correct format and in flightplan folder as per usual.

On the INIT page When i enter into To/From it comes up with "New Waypoint NZWD" NOT IN DATABASE so I assume it doesnt recognise the airport and requires the Lat/Long so enter 7752.2S/16703.3E select LSK2 but it then just jumps back to the INIT page!

Am i missing something?

MCDU Web Sever

I am sure this question has been asked and answered several times. The fact I am asking this again indicates a greater response is needed.

When I try to monitor / control the left MCDU from an IPAD using the web server function I only get a blank representation of the MCDU. It does not show any of the data and none of the keys are responsive.

1) I can pause and restart FSX-SE from the IPAD, hence I am connected via the web sever.

2) When I click on MCDU I see a picture of a MCDU. It is just that, a picture of a blank MCDU the screen that is blank and the buttons are not responsive.

I am using FSX-SE, A320 , HTML_Interface=1

Before replying with "have you selected websever in the config" or "check your "antivirus" etc. READ item 1.

Again i had a CTD when using DIRECT TO on the left MCDU.

FSX crash right after editing fixinfo page in left MCDU

Hello

My fsx:steam edition is working just fine with default aircraft and also with aerosoft a318/319/320/321 addons. But when I enter the radial or radius in the optional entries in the fix info page (shown in the picture attached), fsx just crashes. Sometimes it allows me to enter single entry i.e., one radial or radius but almost certainly it crashes when I enter the second optional radial and/or both radial and radius entry.

My system specs are i5 8th gen, NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1050, 4GB ram.

I am using the Aerosoft A320 FSX:SE and when I am flying on VATSIM and controllers tell me to proceed direct to a waypoint and i type it into the dir to page in the MCDU the game crashes. It seems like this only happens with waypoints that are not on my flight plan. I am using Navigraph for the MCDU data if that helps. I'm thankful for every answer

HEllo, I am pulling my hair out at this point. Regarding entering flight into into my mcdu left side. The airac into is current, 2011, but will not let me put Dep/Arr airports in. Now, my problem along with this is Every plan I try to save, it has C:/...OneDrive... in the path it tries to save to. I have tried to re-direct it to C;/user.....location but I can ot get OneDrive out of anything. I have deleted OneDrive, reinstalled it and turned it off, uninstalled it, nothing works. Any idea how to make just a flightplan to to the right place with a good path... Thanks for any suggestion

Updating nav data

Hi all,

I've just purchased a subscription to Navdata Pro to update the MCDU database in the A320 I use.

I've tried to use Navdata to update the database but when I load FSX back up, the same old database is showing as installed in the MCDU (1511 I think it is?)

Where in my files does the airbus look for the nav data? What folder should I update to make sure its using 2011 database?

Perf takeoff page

Hey, today I started flying the aerosoft a320 and I forgot to enter the takeoff flaps setting of 2 at the gate in the perf takeoff page. Upon takeoff, I got a warning so I aborted the takeoff and went to the perf page to set flaps after identifying the issue. I could not set any flaps and the text had gone green so im wondering

1. At which point can you no longer enter takeoff flaps info?

2. Is there a way to still set flaps without restarting the flight?

MCDU connect display in landscape

My product is A320 A321 for FSX. I am enjoying the flight with them. Owing to the discussion in this forum on how to set up PC and tablet for getting well_operate_webserver of MCDU. I could use MCDU for both direction as I wanted. Much thanks.

Then I have another problem and could not see the discussion related in the forum.

The size of display of MCDU on my tablet (old win10 32bit) is too big in landscape mode so that I could not see one third of lower area of MCDU. Turning around tablet to portrait, the size is OK with almost full in the display. However, usually I use the tablet in landscape because of its location against to the main display, I would like to see MCDU in full range even in landscape. The size of MCDU in the tablet could be a little bit smaller in such case, it does not matter for me.

Does anybody know how? I wonder if something to change in windows setting, but I could not find the way.

Any suggestion would be very appreciated.

CTD when accepting f-plan mod

Hi, I get occasional CTD (I would say 50% of cases) when I accept a f-plan modification after I choose a STAR.

When it happens, it's always after I have inserted a STAR, deleted a discontinity, and I get CTD when I click to accept the modification.

I realized that I will have a CTD when in the f-plan accept/erase page I cannot see the waypoints displayed (in orange).

I don't think it is related to the airport, it happened at LIRF and LIMJ.

I have FSX-Sp2, A320/321 v1.31. Win 10. Cycle updated to 1912.

Hi there everyone,

So, upon shift + 2 the left MCDU appears and I know it can be resized with mouse dragging, however I would very much like it to pop up at the top left of the screen and about a third of the size permanently, is this possible?

A config file job maybe?

A big ask I know but any idea's anyone please?

This problem appears to be fairly common. I start in one of the Airbus (A318, A319, A320, A321) and it works until I go out of the game or go to another airport. Then the left MCDU shows me only the Engin side and there is only "Unkwon Engin". I use FSX steam edition and I have Windows 10. I installed everything on an SSD. I tried some things that other users did successfully: -I have followed any instructions for installation. -I have reinstalled and uninstalled everything (FSX, the Airbus) a few times. (Also any files that were left in the folders) -I uninstalled all mods and scenerys. -I have always carried out the installations as an administrator and have also run FSX as an administrator. -My anti-virus program (Avast Free version) was deactivated in all installations. Are there any other ways I can potentially fix this problem? If there is no way I would want to return the planes. Who do I need to contact? I hope I can fix my problem. Thanks for the help. (I hope my english is not too bad)
