Cockpit Simulator discussion and support

Hello - I have assigned Joystick button 2 as my "Set Comm 1 Transmit" control in MSFS 2024. When I push the transmit button all of my instruments shut down and the alternator and battery power switches turn off. No PFD and no MFD Screens. This is happening on multiple aircraft. I have searched and searched for control conflicts that might be causing this. I have reached out to Say Intentions because I subscribe to their AI ATC service and they say it's not something that they are causing. Have you heard of anyone else with a similar problem or do you have any thoughts on how to resolve the issue?

I have the most recent version 2120 for honeycomb bravo throttle. The switches and axis work but no LED lights. Support said to download the most recent version but it is already installed. Any other suggestions or do I just not get any lights?

Hello! I have a honeycomb alpha yoke and I noticed that some elevator movements are getting jutty a not precise, especially near the neutral position. I think my yoke needs some lubricant, but I want to be careful not to damage any hardware inside. Could you help me with tips on how to apply lubricant or if there is a specific type of lubricant I should use? Thanks!

Hello, In March I bought Cockpit Simulator - CS 320N FCU-C (order number 1120617578) in your store. After receiving the package, I checked its operation in the CockpitSimulator Bridge v2025.2.1 application. Everything was fine. I made two flights of the Fenix A321 today. In the first flight, everything was fine, but during the second flight, the green light began to flash on the A/THR button. It went out for 2-3 minutes and then lit up for a few minutes. At some point it went out completely and never lit up again even though it glowed in the simulator. Hi, I’ve connected the CDU to my MSFS with PMDG 738 after updating the firmware. It controls the CDU on the screen but has no display on the CM CDU itself. Am I missing something obvious? Thanks, Jim

Hello! I received my Airbus series products yesterday. The Boeing products all work fine, but the software (Bridge Software version 2023.1.8) can´t recognize the Airbus units (FCU C and L and R), yet. Is there an update coming? Thanks! Ingo

I have a few buttons on my CDU that are either getting stuck or not clicking unless I do a hard press. I have been emailing for over a month without any response. The one time I got a response was back in May. They said I would hear from them about possible repairs sometime in August. I'm guessing its a common issue they were working on issuing a solution to?

Hello everybody, I have a problem with my FMC. It often happens that keystrokes are not displayed in the FMC. When I press the button, the button clicks but the character is not shown on the display. This happens regardless of the button. Sometimes it is an LSK, sometimes a number or a letter. I once created three videos to illustrate the problem. On Nov 18, 2022 I attempted to Order the Cockpit Master MCDu for the B737. , Each time I entered a Credit Card the website attempted to go through Pay Pal, and my card was rejected, I tried with three different credit cards. Hello. I bought the CCS 737X CDU and I'm thrilled. I don't have to set anything for it to work. Now I've also bought EFIS and MCP. Unfortunately, MCP causes problems. EFIS AND CDU work. But as soon as I connect MCP, the plane doesn't starting. I play Xplane 12 and Zibo. Everything new version. Please help me. I have found that if the bridge connected to the FMC and the aircraft sits long enough, the display is not shown in the Cockpit Master but is shown on the PMDG P3D FMC. The keys work but disconnecting USB and starting over does not help. It is a random issue because most of the time it works. I have the V2023 bridge. What I do as a work around is display the PMDG cockpit on the monitor and use it that way since pressing keys works. This has been a ongoing issue for some time. Anything else to try before I give up on the unit.
