The A330 is what we call a 'stepping stone' release. It incorporates a lot of new code that is the base for several new product for several platforms. That means that even though we use a continuous test cycle there will be issues. We guarantee it. A lot will be fixed soon after release as we have a bit more time and more feedback. If this would be on steam we might consider calling it 'early access'. If you are somebody who gets easily annoyed by bugs we strongly advise you to simply not to buy when the product is launched. I recently purchased a AS-CRJ-PROF-P#Dv5 from SimMarket where I have been a satisfied customer for 20 to 25 years. They idetified it as v2400. I could not tell if it was 32bit or 64. I've upgraded my PC to a 64bit for my new Jetline Services PC and I purchased it with our seeing what the bit was. Have had some problems with it and today I got an email telling me it was 32Bit and not to use it anymore. So, can you give me a link to a new CRJ 64bit program. I'll just purchase from you. It's one of my best aircraft in my hanger. Appreciate your advise, Mike Nicholson, Retired USAF.

Hopefully a quick question someone can answer. I'm thinking of purchasing the Aerosoft A330-300 which seems to be on sale at the moment. I do have the A318/319 & A320/321 installed and which runs perfectly OK on my system (P3dv4) and I am very happy with it, so my question is. If I can run the AS A320 family on my system, will the A330 run just as well or does this require more computing power? Many thanks.

Hi I have an option to buy the license to the A32xz bundle as the current owner has decided not to use the product anymore as he has found that another competing A32X product is more to his liking My question is if the license conditions allow for this transfer (note that european regulations imho should allow this), however i want to make sure upfront i don not violate any conditions. Can you please inform me if i can safely buy the license from a current owner.?

I've been using the 32-bit Airbus bundle in FSX-SE. Hello, I bought Prepar3D v5 a few days ago, I bought some addons and now It's time to purchase my first aircraft, My main thought is to go with the Aerosoft a320/321 professional. I follow this topic carefully - In the Mathijs Kok said that the update to P3C v5 will be free, and that the aircraft does work just not perfectly and that It is not yet officially v5 compatible. If I buy It now can expect to get a free update guaranteed or should I wait a few weeks? Also I want to know if there is any difference in the quality of the addon between the a318/319 Pro and the a320/321 Pro? Thank you very much. Yuval.

Just got a new PC and am upgrading P3D to v5. Would rather like to get this aircraft but only if it's v5 tolerant. Can't see any reference to it on the shop site as v5, but would it work there? thanks

Hi, I own the aerosoft professional a320/a321 for p3d v4 and I love it. I was about 5 minutes away from purchasing the a330 professional but I hesitated for a moment (which im lucky I did). I read through your guys entire description of the a330 professional product on the aerosoft web page. It does not show anything about which variants are included. (FYI, maybe add it to the description for customers). I solely want the A330 for the Hawaiian airlines A330-200 but as I read through the forums, it shows that its only the A330-300 model in RR engines. is there going to be a A330-200 model extension with this current version??? really looking forward to a -200 model ….…

if you bought any of previous A320 professional series (a318/A319 or A320/A321 or A320 bundle) at our shop you are entitled to a 18 Euro discount, this will be automatically applied when you buy at the Aerosoft shop. If you do NOT see this discount do not buy and contact support@aerosoft.com. If you bought at other shops you might have to insert your previous serial, it depends on the shop.

Read through the complete description of the newly released A330 in the Aerosoft Shop yet I did find/read anything on what variant(s) are included with it. I'm curious if the -200 was included at all? Thanks!

Hello, If you had a question before buying the Aerosoft 330 Prof. On the shop product website you can see some photos of what seems to make NavDataPro charts content and weather maps necessary. Which additional tools are necessary to be able to use these contents completely and in the future? When will there be another action for NvDataPro???? You continue to write in the item description that Navigrapgh can also be used. Which restrictions are there here? Only if the questions are clear the purchase will be decided. I'm a rare person that prefers 2D and love that in the 320 series. Looking for the 2D in the A330 and it doesn't appear to be there. I read in the one area of the support forum that the overhead panel and another of the area around the MCDU are at an angle when opened using the F12 or F11 . Is this intentional? Or is that not the case and it is the same as the A318-A320 pro series? I'm probably one of the few simmers still not using chaseplane and being of the older generation difficult to learn new tricks. Hi, I just read in the system requirements for the A330 that HDR needs to be activated. Now I fly P3D exclusively in VR using Flyinside which requires HDR to be turned off. Is there a way to use the A330 regardless or is not to be? Matt
