I pass the waypoint VJR but it dun count on the FMC . 1 more problem,i have been handflying the pass 3 waypoint as 3 of them is constrict!!!! hand flying this plane is good. But the another 1 while i handflying under 10,000 ft my speed is 280 and the Auto throttle is not correcting it to 250

Hi I have just purchased the Airbus and looking forward to getting to grips with it I have NavDataPro installed on a networked laptop and I just wanted to know where I must 'point' the update file location to update the Airbus NavData or which folder I need to share please? Hello guys! I think the Altitude caprtured indication should also be added as soon as possible, there should be an arrow, where I reach the armed ALT/FL! Like Boeing shows that point using a green curved line! So if there is any chance adding this important feature for the descend planning, I`d be very thankful Sebastian

First, as this is my 1rst post about the Airbus X Evolution, let me say what a great job you guys did here!! Still, there are a few remaining issues that should/could be solved in the next service pack(s)... I wanted to point that the TOD and descent profiles should be worked a little bit more. I did some flights where the nearest point to the TOD had a constraint of -27000 and I could see the first problem. Flying at 21000ft or 25000 the TOD is calculated in the same spot. This led to discovering the next problem. I could not see any difference between managed and open descent modes. In both modes, the engines were cut back to idle and the pitch was adjusted …

Hi Airbus Extended X Team I had planned do fly a JetBlue A320 delivery flight ex TLS for KFK via YYR today (http://flightaware.com/live/flight/JBU6990) but I know I read somewhere (damned if I can find it now!) that there is currently no way to enter LAT/LONG waypoints into the MCDU? I thought that they would have been in the NDP database but there you go. That aside, I'm only my fourth sector today and loving this aircraft more and more each flight. Well done to you all. Mark

Dont know if anyone else has encourtered this: After departure I get a DIRECT TO and enter it in the FMGC, and the aircraft just enters a left hand orbit. And anytime i enter one more direct it does the same exact thing. This doesnt happen on every flight, but 50% of my flights so far have had this problem. Also, when it does this, it also doesnt compensate for wind. It just puts the heading to the desired waypoint but doesnt track it. Regards, Sergiov07

Hello, I'm having a problem with the Airbus X Extended capturing the runway ILS frequency when pressing LOC, although I did not have this problem with Airbus X. In Airbus X the runway ILS was captured, just like in the default FSX Airbus A321, as soon as the LOC button was pressed when the ILS morse code was heard. I did a very short flight in the Airbus X Extended to test it. I fly GPS from EGLC 28 to EGLL 27L (London City 28 to Heathrow 27L). Shortly after take-off (you may need to reduce the fuel and payload in order to take-off as the runway at EGLC is a little short) clicking the LS button you can hear the morse code for runway 27L at EGLL (London Heathrow). Good Evening! Just finished my first Flight with the Bus: Wow!! It's a real pleasure to fly this bird! But I noticed one thing: During Flight-Preparation I tried different Load settings, but the FMS allways states that my ZFWCG is 25.0 Units and thus gives me the Trim setting of 0.8up for Takeoff... In the manuals it says, that the FMS calculates the current ZFWCG according to Load, so actually with different Loads, the value should change, shouldn't it?! Am I doing something wrong or is this just not simulated? Best regards, Benni

I was wondering why my databases looked the same, when I realized that I installed the AirbusXExtended AIRAC 1213 from Navigraph, I did some research and saw that the Navigraph installer actually overwrites all of the files in the NavDataPro folder! I assume this is definitely not correct as it should go in to the Navigraph folder as the *.ini file suggests, and probably should be looked in to by Navigraph as it is their installer. Just a word of caution to anyone thinking of trying the newest AIRAC from Navigraph, it will overwrite your NavDataPro!

Hi! This is just a topic for someone to confirm this which happened to me when i plotted in wrong in the airways section after i had plotted the dep. SID and arrival airport. I pushed on the first waypoint---Airways---Then to test if it worked, i plotted Z125/MIRVU, and then my FSX had a fatal error. Obviously that didn`t work ( ) Can someone try that, and see what happens. It`s not so cool for a newbie on the airbus, and get the fatal error. Usually they just give up. This was just a reminder, not actually a support thread. EDIT: Forgot to write that i know it`s actually supposed to say BAD FORMAT, and not fatal error... Aaaaand i can confirm that writing …

Perhaps I'm doing this incorrectly, but I can't figure out how to select the IAF that I want to use for the RNAV (RNP) approaches. For example, I wanted to fly the RNAV Z 34L into KRNO using FMG VOR as the IAF as published. I looked inside the NavDataPro folder at the airport of intended use and saw that the IAFs were there, but the MDCU wouldn't let me select it. Also, when flying these approaches should I use FPA mode or use altitude managed mode with ALT CSTR for each fix?

Hello - Just got the first freeze. Been doing pretty well up until then. I was inputting in the waypoints on the MCDU from Gatwick to Faro, got all the way up to the last waypoint and entry into the STAR, put in the Runway, the Star, then clicked 'Clr' to get rid of the route disc. between the last waypoint and the final approach and got a fatal error. Hi, I purchased the extended this evening and I am still testing it! (2 am local time !) my questions are : 1. Does the approach mode activates automatically, or I should activate it manually? 2. I know that it activates when passing by the decel point. The problem is I cannot see this point on the ND, what wrong I am doing in this phase? Am I missing something here?
