Hello Neutrino00,   with the SAM Fallback Library only the Airport can load correctly. The jetways (fingers) are not anmated. The animation only works with SAM3 Plugin and only if the Plugin loads correctly. Sometimes you have to close X-Plane 11/12 and start again and load Milan Malpensa to load the SAM3 Plugin correctly and the animations for Malpensa.   But if the SAM Plugin will not work, then the animations don't work too. You can also see it in your Log.txt file. This file you find in your installed X-Plane folder. May be the new OpenSAM Plugin can help in this case.... Hi Heinz I followed the instructions you gave Francesco and finally managed to load the LIMC airport correctly. I first installed the FlyAgi - SAM Fallback Library folder into the Custom Scenery folder and when I saw that it worked, I installed Stairport - SAM - Scenery Animation Manager X-Plane 12 version 3.1.10 I see the Malpensa airport version, but unlike X-Plane 11, in this version the fingers are fixed. If I remember correctly, in X-Plane 11 the command to move the fingers appeared in the Plugins menu, but now there are no commands for this and there is no animation. Can you help me?

Werde morgen mal nach den Dateien schauen und mich wieder melden. Es ist eben in allen Flugzeugen, dass der AIRAC vom Juni ist.🤷‍♂️ Ich danke schon mal für die Unterstützung, eventuell würde auch eine Neuinstallation helfen? Ich kenne mich da halt nicht aus und das ist um so schlimmer 😪

Da ich nicht in deinen Computer reinschauen kann, weiß ich nicht, wie ich unterstützen könnte.   Ich kann mir nur vorstellen, daß eine Adresse für die Aktualisierung verschoben ist oder sich eventuell geändert hat.   Um welches FMC bzw. welchen Flieger handelt es sich denn genau? Was steht denn in der Datei Cycle Info.txt  ( Verzeichnis XP12/Custom Data ) ? Wenn da Airac Cycle : 2509 steht, ist XP richtig upgedatet und der Fehler liegt in der  Datenquelle für den Flieger, der upgedaten werden soll.  

Ich aktualisiere jedes Mal mit dem Data Manager, deswegen verstehe ich es ja nicht, dass mache ich seit Jahren und ging immer einwandfrei. 

Ohne ein entsprechendes Tool wird sich der Cycle nicht selbsttätig erneuern.   Ich verwende Navigraph Charts  und erneuere den Cycle über den Data Manager.   Sicherlich gibt es noch andere Tools, aber kostenlos wird die Aktualisierung des Cycle nicht sein.

Hallo zusammen. Ich habe leider hier nichts gefunden was mir bei meinem Problem hilft. Hatte letzte Zeit nicht so oft den Sim am Start und erst heute ist mir aufgefallen, dass sich die Airacs in dem FMC nicht erneuern. Bei Simbrief bin ich dagegen auf 2509, also dem aktuellen Stand. Wäre super wenn mir jemand weiter helfen könnte. Danke schon mal, LG Jürgen
