  2. Guys, I have said this before. It's to keep one's own sanity in check: 1. "It hasn't happened with any other aircraft/airport/XXX" is NOT a good place to start looking for a cause of a problem. 2. You have to, very quickly, put the plane you are flying out of your mind with a CTD. Most, probably 90%+, CTDs occur WHILE flying an airplane, NOT BECAUSE you are flying it. It is easy to blame the plane but easy doesn't identify a true culprit. 3. Other addons, pushback helpers, liveries and sceneries are responsible for the vast majority of CTDs because they don't follow the SDK. Sceneries and liveries for example will crash the sim even if you are not near them or using them, if they are not SDK compliant. Remember, the free stuff on flightsim.to is 90% amazing, but 10% will bite your butt and you have no recourse other than not using them. I use FS2CREW Pushback express and never have had a problem.

  4. Hello Everyone, As information, please note the Honeycomb - XL Clamps are now available. They extend the maximum thickness of the table on wich the Alpha Yoke and the Bravo throttle can be mounted. They can accomodate tables thickness from 3.5 to 5.5 inches (≈ 8,9 - 14 cm) and are compatible with both the Alpha Yoke and the Bravo Throttle. Here is the product page : https://www.aerosoft.com/en/hardware/flight-simulation/accessories/3710/honeycomb-xl-clamps Best regards.

  5. You mean undockable displays? Yes, if you mean full 2d cockpits, no, we stopped doing those 9 years ago.

  9. I have been using it with MSFS for a long time now ... SPAD.neXt allows me to use it with the WT CJ4 / AS CRJ / FBW A320 / BAE 146 and now with the PMDG 737... I posted video links in the other MSFS thread here.

  11. It seems like planes react different here. In the CRJ i can see it even when the parking brake is released, but the plane standing still. In the Cessna 414 i.e. i can not see it even when the parking brake ist set.

  13. Sorry but you have to give us more information than that. Also this is general discussion section not really aimed for support. What exactly is not working? You are unable to interact with the aircraft at all? Are you in legacy or Lock mouse interaction mode? For Throttle, make sure that you have everything assigned correctly from the EFB. For mouse and keyboard interaction I am not sure what's going on but it's highly unlikely that the CRJ would be causing any problems with this kind of simulator controlled events. Especially since no-one else has reported any problems with their keyboard or mouse with the aircraft.

  14. Thanks! Will call them. Yes, is planned. In our effort to add 'all' objects possible we now even are adding buoys, got a database with 16.591 of them. Also the last remaining lightships are now anchored in the correct locations

  15. When you search the web, you will see that it is an MSFS issue since the beginning which can not be solved by the add-on devs.

  16. Hi! Not exactly sure what's the problem here? The taxilights (if those are the ones you're referring to) are working as intended. Also the centerlights become only visible in certain perspective (which is fully intentional as in real worls). Additionally the apron floodlights in the background seem to work. With the later EDDN we added a light shine around the taxilights which may also come with the next update for EDDB (pending performance tests). Bests, Sascha

  18. Man, there are a lot of folks here who need to go into the addon development business or at a minimum software development. It is amazing how many know so much about the correct processes. Truth be told, following many of these boards, the developers are damned if they do, damned if they don't know matter what they choose to do. Small incremental increases mean they are completely incompetent, slower larger releases mean they don't care.

  20. If this were a real plane, I agree. However, not an essential part in the sim. A nice part, fun to have part, but definitely not essential.

  21. It's all part of the conspiracy, deep state cabal stuff. Or it could be as simple as they don't want to. Or it could be that they want to, but it just makes more sense to do it with a larger update.

  23. We are happy to present you SAM3. From today you can download the latest version (3.1.6) HERE. The user interface has been fundamentally rethought. While it was previously function-based, we have now integrated all functions into the typical flow of a flight. Depending on the flight phase, the available functions are displayed, which enables a fast usage. In addition, we have adapted functions in various places. For example, during flight planning, the planned and current aircraft weight is displayed (or imported from Simbrief, if applicable). The selection of the runway at the departure airport and the parking position at the destination airport are directly preselected for the FollowMe. On the Departure page, you can now control the third-party plugin BetterPushback in addition to the FollowMe. And last but not least, the Parking page displays the summary of times and fuel of the completed flight. However, we have not only made it easier to use for end users, but also for scenery developers. Airports configured in SAM3 do not require the definition of jetways or VDGS systems, these are registered fully automatically. Nevertheless, there is still the option to set doors, takeoff position and other values individually. Of course, custom jetway objects can still be included. Also, a VDGS display can now be used correctly for multiple parking positions. In addition, there is an automatic configuration tool for Marshaller, which does the registration in seconds. Of course all SAM2 sceneries can still be used without any problems. There is no need to update an already configured scenery. The options menu offers a few new settings, the most important one is the option "always connect jetway" which is activated by default. This will always connect jetways to the aircraft, even if the 3D object would not actually allow this due to its dimensions. Note that this can lead to optical errors. So if you like it especially realistic like in SAM2, feel free to disable this option. An important new feature regarding the SAM Suite (the installation manager) known in SAM2: This cannot be used for SAM3. We have a new tool called ContentManager, which works similarly, but now can be run both in game and externally. Also the activation of the extensions is done in it. For SAM3 to work correctly, any old SAM2 version should be completely uninstalled (including all extensions), including SAM Suite itself! Please keep in mind that after reinstallation all paid extensions have to be activated again. The SAM2 serials still work, just type them into the content manager app located at Resources/plugins/SAM. If you want to have more information about the latest SAM version, we recommend our online help. In addition, our support channel via email is still valid and now a new discord server. Although we have already tested SAM3 extensively, small bugs might still be there. So if you notice a problem, feel free to contact us. SAM2 is no longer officially supported, but will remain online. So if you have problems with SAM3, which will be solved within the next weeks, you can still use the old version. Now we wish you a lot of fun trying it out and we are looking forward to your feedback!

ATENCIÓN: Esta versión del repaint solo es compatible con Airbus A330 Professional (P3D v4). ATTENTION: This version of the repaint is only compatible with Airbus A330 Professional (P3D v4). __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Don't forget to visit www.hvrepaints.net or www.hvrepaints.com to have the best repaints on the Internet or ask for yours. (EN) First of all, congratulate the Aerosoft team on the wonderful work done in the A330 Professional. This repaint corresponds to a concept of what the new SAS livery would look like on an Airbus A330, currently none has been painted. This aircraft, like the SAS A320neo that I climbed a few weeks ago, features the metallic logo that makes it more or less noticeable according to light conditions. The aircraft was made thanks to the concept plane in the fleet section of the SAS webpage. Some features of this repaint are: Real SAS fonts and logos. Real SELCAL Code of the aircraft. Metallic SAS details (Logo, engines, etc). Metalic PBR layers used. Real SAS paint light effects. Airbus A350 style mask (raccoon mask). Conceptual painting on an A330 with old livery. Any problem with repaint can write me here or to the contact information included in the WinRAR or in the HV Repaints webpage. Forbidden to re-raise this texture to another site that is not aerosoft without my authorization, as well as upload this file to pages of virtual airlines without express authorization, not stealing credits, the job is free, thank you not stealing it. It is forbidden to edit, modify or base without authorization.

  25. That maybe true, but it doesn't have to be a system. Just let the FO call them out, just like you can switch on the flight attendants announcements.

I added a lot of detail to this paint.... Painted A330-300 under the nose cone and the last letters of the reg (KF) above the cockpit. The cockpit frame is not painted (On KLM it's not...on others it is...)...I also added a special effect to the metallic maps so the frame actually looks metallic when the light hits it correctly. The red paint extends down the panel line on the "No Tow" paint on the nose gear door. The sensor has a gray/metallic color inside the red The array of sensors near the bottom...on KLM...has an extra set of "seal before washing" brackets The rain gutters are 3d on this plane...thus have corresponding 3d parts on the 2d map that have to be painted...1st you gotta find them on the map hehe...then remember to paint them. They stick out like sore thumbs when you have a non-white top fuse. You'd be surprised how many paints are missing this detail. To install this aircraft, copy the following text into your 'aircraft.cfg', inside the folder 'SimObjects\Airplanes\Aerosoft A333 RR Professional'. Replace the X in [FLTSIM.X] by the next number in your sequence (like [FLTSIM.11,12 etc]) [FLTSIM.xx] title = Aerosoft A333 professional KLM PH-AKF sim = A330-343 model = SD3 panel = sound = texture = PH-AKF kb_checklists = AirbusA333_check kb_reference = AirbusA333_ref atc_id = PH-AKF atc_airline = KLM atc_flight_number = 1000 ui_manufacturer = Airbus ui_type = A330-343 ROLLS-ROYCE ui_variation = KLM PH-AKF ui_typerole = Commercial Airliner ui_createdby = Aerosoft atc_parking_types = GATE,RAMP atc_parking_codes = KM description = Airbus A330 - 343 RR / KLM PH-AKF \nwww.aerosoft.com\nRepaint by Steve Drabek Next, copy the complete texture.N809NW folder in the zip file to the your \AS Airbus 330\Aerosoft A330 Professional\SimObjects\Airplanes\Aerosoft A333 RR Professional folder (your folder will be wherever you installed the Airbus) That's it!
