All is now resolved thanks to Aerosoft support team. As requested, I uninstalled Aerosoft One and deleted several files relating to it as instructed. I then re installed Aerosoft One and re registered it. All my owned items returned and I was able to install. Looks like I may have originally registered Aerosoft One with a different email address to the one I purchased the A340-600 with, however I do not understand therefore how I managed to download it the first instance. Still all is good now. Thank you Aerosoft support. Great work and much appreciated
