G:\FSX02_FSX-INSTALLATION/fsx.exe When I installed the configurator, the installer found the correct path.

Hmm..there was a problem some time ago, when MSFS failed to launch some applications via the exe.xml file, but I thought they had been resolved by Asobo. So far, I can only advise you to continue as you do now, that is starting the driver manually. If anything further comes up in the future, we can come back to the issue. -
What is the full path of the main FSX executable ? (FSX.exe)

I tried all options to start the configurator: from the Icon on the desktop, from the start menue and directly executing the .exe file located in the Honeycomb folder within the FSX-Installation folder. The configurator starts in all cases, I can select the device and then the profile Yoke - default.
