Dear Members of the Support-Team, It has been a quite long time since I purchased the above mentioned kit. However, I tested it only yesterday. Everything seems so far to be working fine. Yet there is an issue with the 777 PMDG aircraft. When I choose flaps position #5 on the hardware, the flap lever inside the sim jumps directly to position #15; position #5 inside the sim is not even assumed by the hardware. I was wondering if there is a way to calibrate the flap lever (or axis) so that the hardware and the sim are correctly synchronised. Any help on this issue is very much appreciated. Thank you very much in advance for your support a…

I need some assistance in configuring the Bravo Boeing Throttle Quadrant switches and lights. I have searched the forums and youTube and although there is a lot of posts on the matter I am still not able to successfully link them. I have however successfully configured the axis without any problems and I have downloaded a Profile from the Aerosoft site. When I open the Configurator it shows on the blue bar across the bottom that the profile is activated and the axis levers etc work correctly but not the switches and lights??? I would really like someone to clearly spell out for me the correct procedure for configuring the switches and lights using the Aerosof…

Given the amount of money I have spent on the both the Alpha and Bravo I shouldn't have to be asking for this basic information. I recently bought both the Alpha Flight Controls and the Bravo Throttles, and I have been having trouble setting them up for the past week. I have tried following other threads and most of it is for MSFS, which I don't have. I have downloaded the latest version of the configurator, and have watched some videos on the step by step setup, but it doesn't say anything about PMDG, or FSUIPC. Whenever I have been able to get a lever to move in the PMDG 737NGXu, it doesn't match with what I am physically seeing on the actual thr…

Hello, I have Prepar3d version 4.5 and recently purchased the Honeycomb Bravo throttle quadrant. I went online to see how to configure the thrust and reverser levers. Since then I can't seem to get the reversers to disengage. I've tried every combination I can think of in the profile editor including deleting any saved references to reversers under "Variables" and using the "Lever # Detent" button rather than the "Lever # Commercial Reverser / GA GoAround" button to set the variables. In P3d itself on the axis assignments page I tried all combinations of "throttle reverser axis", "throttle axis", reverse box checked, reverse box unchecked that I could think of. On th…

Hello. Have been flying my QW787 with Honeycomb Alpha & Bravo and it works perfectly. There is no need to do anything, just choosing QW787 in the initial window. My PMDG787NGX is another thing, too much issues and configuring Bravo profile have been tough and I can't find variables to configure it according my needs except an exceptional PMDG Honeycomb profile that someone built (truly sorry to forget its owner name) and works very well with Alpha but issues remains with Bravo so I just "forget" my PMDGs. Although I have no problem at all flying a B787 in short routes (unrealistic) I would like very much to have a 737 or 320/321 option. Have Aeroso…
