Hi, The Bravo is a standard HID, meaning it is recognized by Windows and the simulator as a normal joystick/rudder/throttle i.e. a bunch of ON/OFF inputs (buttons) and analog inputs (axes) So you can manually assign every buttons and axes to any available unction in Xplane like you would do with any other control. As there are a whole bunch of functions that the simulator doesn't give access to, there is an external utility (the Configurator) that gives access to these functions. For Xplane 12, please check this tutorial : https://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/topic/175905-installing-the-xplane-11-honeycomb-configurator-for-xplane-12/ Bear in mind that the Configurator only handles buttons. The axes (levers) must still be assigned from within the simulator. -
I am interested in getting the limited collectors edition but wanted to know if the code that comes with it works for Steam or is it just for the MS Store.

I've just purchased a Bravo and it's far from clear whether it will work "out of the box" with XP12. For example the only download relates to the Configurator of XP11 - do I need this? The only aircraft specific profiles I've seen all relate to XP11. In various forums I've seen that users are using/trying to use the Configurator for XP11 on XP12, but is that necessary? When I run XP12 the Bravo is recognised and the main axis have calibrated OK but do I need to configure all the buttons and other controls manually? How are the lights activated? Where is the XP12 installation explained by either Honeycomb or Aerosoft ? I mainly fly the Zibo 737 but the only video I've seen from Skymatrix dates to 2023 and relates to functionality issues they were having on XP12 following a long period of satisfactory operation with XP11 . Help please! Thanks
