Delta livery 3D model issue

Hi guys:

I wanted to come back to inform you with a current status update. We are currently internally testing version 1.0.2 which unfortunately won't include big fixes when it comes to the 3d model. Anyhow, we'd rather release the system and EFB fixes that we have already implemented instead of delaying a potential release further, to the detriment of everybody.

After having reviewed the 3d model with its current issues in general we decided that in order to have it be it future proof some more foundational work will need to be performed, which has already started, as I write.

While I am aware that this might not be the answer about a quick model fix that you might have liked I still wanted to be upfront with you about where we are right now and where we are moving to. Having the broad picture in mind we feel that the chosen path will benefit the sustained longevity of the product and thus also meet your expectations in the end.

Tobii head tracking not working in cockpit view

Glad you are a step further and have found the culprit of the eyetracker not working for you, Ernesto.

I have looked out for that [Coherent GT] related camera.cfg message in the console but so far have not seen it. So I guess it might originate from Chase Plane, which like Christian I am not running.

Should you be getting further info from Parallel 42 about the issue just report back in here and we will be glad to look at it again.

Aerosoft A330neo — N1 and engine sound and value fluctuate every few seconds during flight

Hi pluff13 and welcome to our forums:

thank you for providing the video. At which point of flight did you take that video, especially altitude and wind would be of interest. Are you saying you also see those oscillations during the cruise portion of the flight with stable wind conditions?

Cockpit Lighting

Hi CaptBlondeBeard and welcome to our forums:

in order to increase both the integral lighting of the MIP and OVHD, rotate the INTEG LT control on the pedestal panel fully to the right.

For the glareshield the integral lighting is controled by the left rotary below the glare. As you have correctly noticed the right one only controls the display brightness itself.

Autopilot does not follow holds

Hi KoenVN:

as you might have noticed we have already pushed an update to version 1.0.1 with 1.0.2 currently undergoing internal beta testing. So we have already shown that we are continuing to update the aircraft.

With that being settled, we know that the lateral tracking in general is not yet where we want it to be, so that specific part will be improved upon during continued development.

Regarding your holding experience: in order for us to repro we'd need to have some more information...are you flying a database holding (HF or HA leg) or are you inputting it manually (HM leg)? At which altitude and weight? What is the calculated holding speed and is the plane keeping that speed, esp entering the hold?

Best for us is always to have a SimBrief flightplan or some equivalent detailed information about your flight.
