Windows doesn't recognise honeycomb alpha xpc

I have connected usb cable of honeycomb alpha xpc to pc port of honeycomb alpha. After that, for some reason xpc mode is active.
The white light xpc has been active. I have pc computer.. So the windows doesn't recognise the honeycomb alpha…..

"NOT ALLOWED" when import simbrif F-PLN from MCDU

I do the steps as follows, I will get totally different results, one is working, the other one is NOT.
A. Not working steps
EFB --> Download OFP --> WEIGHT BALANCE input manually and load --> TAKE OFF PERFORMANCE input manually and Calculate --> go to any MCDU --> ATSU --> AOC MENU --> FLT INIT (No * symbol)
After pressing the FLT INIT button, the system will display a message: "NOT ALLOWED," and nothing can be imported into MCDU.

NO Navigraph subscription.

B. If I swap the steps above as below, it will all work.
EFB --> Download OFP
--> go to any MCDU --> ATSU --> AOC MENU --> *FLT INIT (at this time point the * shows up)
--> WEIGHT BALANCE input manually and load --> TAKE OFF PERFORMANCE input manually and calculate

Steps A and B have the same information imported from the same Simbrife plan at the same gate in the same airport.
Start the game from Cold & Dark.

FMGEC STANDARD

Hi Aerosoft Team, Torsten,
according to my knowledge the A340-600 is still running an older FMGEC software IRL.
Lufthansa has Smith/Thales FMS2 Std. T2E7 (Rev 2+) for example. That's a pre Release1A version.
Airbus A340-600 (FT63)
What you have currently modeled is a new + old Frankenstein version.

I can offer the Pilots Guide in the Rev 2+ Version (Internet offers only Rev1). It's narrow body, but a lot does match for widebody. Also an A330/A340 FCOM for FMS2 THALES REV2+ T2 is avail.
