    Apps still not working. This is obviously a bigger problem and more than some server hickup. I don’t want to sound greedy or anything but I do wonder if there is maybe a accommodation/compensation planned for the time customers can‘t use the service? Free extension of the subscription for example? Or discounts on other products?

    The website is currently facing server problems (as Mathijs reported in the preview topic) - I guess that the demand for the A330 is much higher than expected and the server crashed due to the high number of visitors. That should be the reason why the download option vanished after just a few moments. We should probably all wait until the problems are solved. EDIT: Ah, sorry, Tom, we probably posted at the same time. I didn't see your post.

    As you might have figured (and read in the preview topic) the server is currently bursting under a huge load of requests. Once the load goes down again, the order button for the download version will become available. The box version will be more expensive than the download version, once it will become available in a few weeks.

    Guten Morgen zusammen, wohlwissend das es sicherlich gerade einen erhöhten Arbeitsaufwand für den Release des AS A330 gibt (am Rande, Gückwunsch zur Fertigstellung), habe ich einige Fragen zu beiden Szenerien. Vorab erwähnt bleibt festzuhalten, dass beide Szenerien keine Performance-Wunder sind und speziell Frankfurt, v.a. gegenüber vergleichbaren Flughäfen wie München, extrem schlechte Leistungswerte zeigen die sich mir in Anbetracht der Qualität nicht erklären. Zum einen irritieren mich die Kostenpunkte der verschiedenen Szenerien - während zum Beispiel das großartige Barcelona 24,72€ bei Simmarket kostet, liegt der Preis für Frankfurt immernoch bei 34,95€. Kostenpunkt Aerosoft - Mega Airport Frankfurt V2 Professional P3D 34,95€ Aerosoft - Mega Airport Zurich V2.0 P3D4 29,95€ Aerosoft - Mega Airport Barcelona Professional P3D 24,72€ MK-Studios Lisbon P3D4 ~28€ (im Sale 13,69€) Während Frankfurt eigentlich nur aus ziemlich schlichten 2D-Texturen besteht, glänzt im oben genannten Vergleich Barcelona bereits mit transparenten 3D-Modellierungen. Darüberhinaus bin ich stark verwundert, dass es von Haus keine Anbindung, analog zu Sim-Wings, SODE Level 2 Gates einzubinden. Im weiteren hat FSDT mit dem VDGS-Addon inzwischen auch eine sehr gute Lösung für moderne Docking-Systeme entwickelt, welche ebenfalls dringend ein Update benötigen. Frankfurt Gate A40 mit eigenständig nachgerüsteten SODE Level 2 Gates und eigenens angepassten Docking Systemen Im Vergleich dazuBarcelona Gate 254 standardmäßigen SODE Level 2 Gates durch die Zusatzfunktion von Sim-Wings Es bleibt vor allem festzuhalten, wie bereits weiter oben erwähnt, dass die Performance von Frankfurt eher schlecht ausfällt - v.a. im Verlgeich zu den meisten anderen Szenerien. Ich frage mich auch, wieso in Frankfurt mit extrem vielen 2D Texturen gearbeitet wird, während Bareclona 3D Terminals besitzt. Die Performance spricht jedenfalls nicht für den Einsatz der in Frankfurt gezeigten Modellierung. Darüberhinaus ist mir nach dem Update und der Installation von JustSim's Düsseldorf aufgefallen, dass die Bahnbeleuchtung in Frankfurt extrem dunkel und schlecht ist. Teilweise ist die Bahnbeleuchtung überhaupt erst im kurzen Final aktiv / zu sehen, während Airports wie Barcelona oder Düsseldorf bereits weitreichend im Anflug klar und deutlich zu sehen sind. Nur Frankfurt bildet hier eine Ausnahme - was vor allem bei Nachtlandungen extrem anstrengend ist. JustSim Düsseldorf - klare und helle, weitreichende Beleuchtung Aerosoft Frankfurt - das übliche Bild (auch ohne Wolkenschleier schlecht zu sehen) Als Vergleich lohnt sich u.a. die folgenden Videos, wenn man nicht gerade selber vorne mitfliegt: A) https://youtu.be/xQL2qga9Aok?t=201 ab Timecode 03:16 B) https://youtu.be/V1xfl9XcY5M?t=23 ab Timecode 00:23 Vor allem die Taxiways kann man sogar schon recht früh aus der Luft erkennen - abgesehen davon dass der Flughafen selbst auf dem Lerchenberg in Mainz Ober-Olm mit bloßem Auge zu erkennen ist. Aber das nur am Rande. Die Kernfragen die sich mir hier in Bezug auf die angebotene Qualität (und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis) stellt, ob wir ein Update in einigen Kernpunkten der Szenerien von Zürich und Frankfurt erwarten können? - SODE Level 2 Gates - SODE VDGS Anbindung - Runway & Taxiway Lighting - 3D Terminals (v.a. die unendlichen Terminalfronten mit ihren Texturen verbauchen unendlich viel Performance) - Anpassung der sehr kargen Bodentexturen Um die Frage nicht im negativen zu schließen möchte ich nochmal darauf hinweisen, dass Frankfurt eigentlich ein sehr attraktiver Flughafen ist. Allerdings fehlt es der Szenerie doch etwas an Charme und vor allem Leben. Speziell die 2D Kraniche an den Gates sind ein gutes Beispiel dafür. Es fehlt, im wahrsten Sinne, an Tiefe... Kann man hier - ggf. auch als bezahltes Update, etwas erwarten? In Anbetracht der aufgewandten Arbeitsstunden um GSX Level 2 akkurat einzubinden, verliert man inzwischen rechte schnell die Lust an diesem Flughafen (bzw. beiden Flughäfen). Viele Grüße aus HAJ

    @flugaxel Da habe ich einen falschen Namen verwendet. Das Tool/Datei heißt AFM2 = Aerodrome Flatten Mesh. Tut mir leid, dass ich erst jetzt Antworte, aber ich bin erst über ein ähnliches Problem im englischen Teil des Forums wieder hier gelandet. Auch dort hat einer Probleme mit anscheinend zwei Layeren und fragt nach einer möglichen Lösung. FS Pilots hat für seine Mesh-Produkte ein Tool, das Aerodrom Flatten Mesh, dass hartnäckige Mesh-Probleme lösen soll.     Dear: CRJ Pro update 2.0.0.1 applied. 1. On ground when TOGA is pressed, FD TO pitch command shows 0 deg pitch. At rotation shows 6 deg only pitch up. 2. After takeoff when SPEED button is pressed, FD pitch mode shows ALTS and on control panel ALT button lights up instead of CLB xxx mode being displayed in the PFD and SPEED button light up. I learnt that Aerosoft is looking into it. When can I expect the update? Haseen Ahmad.
