In terms of the steps you took to reinstall, they're just fine and shouldn't cause any issues.

  4. The thread you are looking at here is in a Club, Clubs work slightly differently in that you need to join them to be able to comment/create threads in them. If you scroll further up the page on that thread you should see a join button on the right hand side under where it says "The CRJ Community"

After the release, we'll update this with further useful information and quick tutorials. The section is currently only available on the English version of our helpdesk, but we'll update it for other languages once we have the availability to do so.

  10. Is this something you are still seeing? I'm seeing the issue as fixed on my end, only files that do not have thumbnails are not showing them. Edit: Sorry guys, didn't see how recent some of these replies were. I've checked on Edge and do see the issue, but I'm not seeing it on Firefox. But since I've been able to reproduce it, I've got the error now and it should be a simple fix. This should be resolved shortly.

  12. This is already the most viewed thread in the history of the forum, I'm wondering if we'll be able to pass the previous record for the most users online at once. The traffic from this thread has almost passed it a few times, but hasn't quite made it.
  13. The aircraft is more demanding on the simulator compared to the default airliners, so you should expect to lose about 15% frames per second compared to the default airliners. The minimum specs for the base simulator can be found here (For reference, a GTX 1660 ti is faster than a GTX 970, the recommended GPU for the simulator) For those that also missed it, Mathijs posted an FAQ thread earlier today here. If you install the physical application that is downloaded from the Microsoft Store to another drive, the simulator will still function, but, you will have to select the folder where the disc content is installed to when reaching the content manager. Hi, Error codes that start with “0x800” are Microsoft store related, and it's likely the only people that would be able to assist you with resolving this error is the Microsoft store support team.   19. Hi, The code provided is a one-time use, however, it is bound to your Microsoft account. This means if you wish to install the game on a new PC , you'll need to ensure you are logged in with the same Microsoft account as you were with your old PC. You will then need to install the disc content, and then download the launcher from your Microsoft store library. There's some screenshots on this here.
