  1. Hey, Thanks for providing that info. Could you please quickly confirm if you happen to be running either a Windows 10 or 11 insider build?
  2. Hey, sorry for the late reply. If the scenery shows up as installed in the content manager but you don't see it when you load in as described in this thread, it could be due to either an authentication issue, a mod, or a corrupted package. Could you please try following the steps here to see if this helps at all?
  3. Hi, In that case, could you please make a ticket here? Since this only seems to be for some accounts, we'll need to check over yours and I'm afraid we can't do that on the public forum. Please make sure to include your shop email in the ticket if it isn't the email you'll be contacting us from and then someone will check over your account as soon as possible!
  4. Hi, Our shop does appear to be showing 1.1.1.0 as the latest version available in customer accounts. Which version is appearing for you, 1.1.0.0? And just to confirm, was this purchased directly from us? You can also install/update this product via Aerosoft One.
  5. Hi, I have just replied to your ticket. Please try those steps and update us there.
  6. Seeing this on my end too after testing. I'll make sure it gets over to the right people!
  7. This is actually something we are actively exploring as we now have the capability to implement this without changing the core forum structure. We'll hopefully be able to start implementing this in certain sections soon. On the topic as a whole: We've done a few major restructures, however, with a forum of our size its difficult to always make the experience seamless as its always going to require a few clicks to get to places, but with that said hopefully what I mentioned above will enable us to clean things up a bit more.
  8. No problem! It doesn't look like there are many posts about this, so it might be worth posting it in the vPilot section on the Vatsim forums since the developer is pretty active there.
  9. Hi, I'm assuming you're using vPilot, so I managed to find this post over on the Vatsim forum: https://forums.vatsim.net/topic/30795-not-all-aircraft-have-lights-on/ It looks like this is something within vPilot. Have you tried updating to the Beta branch?
  10. Hello, Is this regarding the in-game marketplace, or Aerosoft.com? If it's the in-game Marketplace, you might want to try the steps here.
  11. Glad to hear the issue was resolved! If you ever run into troubles in the future, I'd definitely recommend updating all your Microsoft Store apps just in case, as other outdated apps can cause issues. While this guide isn't directly related, you can follow steps 1-4 to do this should you ever need to. Let us know if you need anything else!
  12. This is normal and nothing to worry about. Essentially, the store sees the editions (Premium Deluxe, Deluxe, Standard) as DLCs, so you'll have an entry for the base game, Microsoft Flight Simulator, and then an entry for the version (DLC) you have. The DVD version has "Preorder" at the end of the DLC names. So in your case, you should see "Microsoft Flight Simulator" (The game) and "Microsoft Flight Simulator: Standard - Preorder" (The DLC) You'll just need to install "Microsoft Flight Simulator" in the store which will automatically sort everything out in terms of the game edition for you.
  13. In terms of this, it might be worth trying to reset the Microsoft store. Please give the steps here a try:https://flightsimulator.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015760660-Download-Installation-issues-Windows-Store-troubleshooting Once done, please try and click "Install" on Microsoft Flight Simulator within your library in the Microsoft store.
  14. Hi, It looks indeed like something has gone wrong there. Could you try clicking "Install" on the Microsoft Flight Simulator entry and running through that install process? Once it downloads the app, it should pick up on your existing data providing that still exists, allowing you to launch the simulator again.
  15. We are testing a new system in this category to see if it results in better organization and better replies for users having issues. Posts in this category can now be upvoted, and, replies can now be sorted by those with the highest upvotes. In addition to this, post creators can now mark replies as the "Best Answer" which will help those that stumble across your thread quickly find the solution. If you use the system and don't like it, or prefer it compared to the other help sections, please let us know.

  17. Hi @marki Have you already tried the steps here? https://flightsimulator.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015999539-Stuck-on-the-blue-bar-TBM-loading-screen-loading-stops If you haven't, I'd recommend giving them a try since it generally covers most startup issues. In terms of the steps you took to reinstall, they're just fine and shouldn't cause any issues.
  18. You're welcome! Let us know if you have any other issues.
  19. The thread you are looking at here is in a Club, Clubs work slightly differently in that you need to join them to be able to comment/create threads in them. If you scroll further up the page on that thread you should see a join button on the right hand side under where it says "The CRJ Community"
  20. You can find the documentation for the CRJ in \MSFSPackages\Community\aerosoft-crj\Documentation
  21. You can view the amount of online users here: https://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/online/
  22. Alternatively, you could sign yourself up for CatFacts and drive yourself insane
  23. I've published our CRJ section on our helpdesk: https://helpdesk.aerosoft.com/portal/en/kb/microsoft-flight-simulator/aerosoft-crj which contains an up-to-date FAQ, a preview images article, and an article with the current video tutorials. After the release, we'll update this with further useful information and quick tutorials. The section is currently only available on the English version of our helpdesk, but we'll update it for other languages once we have the availability to do so.
