So, disabling your antivirus and then reinstalling the aircraft did not work? This is what was reported to be the cause (antivirus software is blocking/deleting some files) and if this is true it should fix this. In the end, FlightFactor is responsible to care for their issues and I can only tro to find workarounds and solutions like the above but as this exact issue was reported and fixed already, I still think it should work, especially as Heinz could not reproduce it on his testing which means that the aircraft itself ist most likely fine but affected by something else (for example, some security software products which also are well known for reporting false positives in flight simulation products for years now). -
Hi "FlyAgi" Nothing has worked so far. Possibly I am doing something wrong, as I am not a computer wizzard and your instructions are quite difficult for me to follow. In the meantime, after loading the FF A320 Ultimate (again unsuccessfully !) I have sent the corresponding "XP-12 log File" to Flight Factor Support, since they were asking for it. However no answer so far. It appears that FF Support is at their wits end as well and they simply don't know what causes this activation code mismatch ! Again, thanks a lot for trying to help out ! Das wird wahrscheinlich noch nicht vom Plugin unterstützt. Für die Lampen müsste wahrscheinlich auch irgendein DataRef gesetzt werden und OpenSAM macht das möglicherweise bisher nicht. Wenn es aber die Jetways steuern kann hast du bei der Installation nichts falsch gemacht.

Die Lösung läge darin für die Zibo eine funktionierende Konfiguration inklusive der Parameter für GroundServices (also nicht nur die Tür-Positionen) zu schreiben. Da sind einige Konfigurationen im Ordner "SAM/Aircraft" enthalten, die als Vorlage genutz werden können, allerdings weiß ich nicht welche mit der Zibo funktionieren müsste und warum sie das nicht tut. In jedem Fall, wenn die Meldung in Sam auftaucht, "no valid groundservice configuration", fehlt eben diese Konfiguration. Das wurde mir von Marten (Stairport) so bestätigt, dass das der Grund ist und dass man da prinzipiell diese Konfigurationen erstellen könnte, allerdings habe ich auch nicht mehr Details bekommen, wie genau das funktioniert und welche Parameter da wie genau zu setzen sind. Und ja, das liegt an SAM, weil SAM eigentlich die Konfigurationen für alle Flugzeuge mitbringen sollte - da aber SAM derzeit nicht gepflegt wird werden da eben auch keine neuen Konfigurationen erstellt und manche Flugzeuge funktionieren mit den GroundServices eben nicht. Die ToLiss A320Neo funktioniert wohl auch nicht, da hatte ich aber eine Konfiguration gebastelt, die mindestens die Jetways andocken lässt, bezüglich der GroundServices bekam ich da kein weiteres Feedback und hab mich dann nicht weiter damit beschäftigt.

habe SAM unter XP12 durch openSam ersetzt. Funktioniert mit meinen Flughäfen, aber z.B nicht mit EDDL (für XP11). Funktioniert openSam auch unter XP 11? Mit SAM waren beim Andocken der Finger auch die gelben Warnlampen aktiv, das ist aber mit openSam nicht der Fall, oder liegt auf meiner Seite ein Installationsfehler (openSam) vor? Gruß Ditmar
