June 2026's Screenshot Contest: FIFA World Cup 2026

Shalom and greetings all!!!

It is FIFA World Cup 2026 time!!! That means new June 2026 monthly screenshot contest will focus ONLY on list of American cities that host FIFA World Cup 2026 games.

The simple rule in addition to normal Aerosoft screenshot contest regulations is to show any plane or helicopter over any of the required American cities listed below. It can be over city landscape, OR over sports stadium where World Cup 2026 games are played, OR over, runway approaching, or runway landing, or plane action on airport of any required city.

Here is list of the required cities hosting FIFA World Cup 2026 that you can pick one:
Atlanta: Mercedes-Benz Stadium
Boston (Foxborough): Gillette Stadium
Dallas (Arlington): AT&T Stadium (Host of the most matches)
Houston: NRG Stadium
Kansas City: GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium
Los Angeles (Inglewood): SoFi Stadium
Miami (Miami Gardens): Hard Rock Stadium
New York/New Jersey (East Rutherford, NJ): MetLife Stadium (Host of the 2026 World Cup Final)

Hallo Mike,

vielen Dank für diese Infos! Es scheint, dass jetzt die Mischung stimmt. Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass - wie ich jetzt klar sagen kann - die Verwendung eines einzigen, in zwei Varianten vorhandenen Objekts, 25-26KB groß (!), einen derartigen Impact auf die Frames auslösen kann. Besonders heftig ist, dass meine Graka diese beiden Objekte verwurstet, ohne mit der Wimper, sprich den Lüftern, auch nur zu zucken.

Ich reduziere jetzt noch die Autogen-Fahrzeugdichte vor allem bei "unclassified"-Straßen und muss auch noch an einer Einbahnstraße schrauben. Dann kommt eine neue Version der "HMK_XPNetwork_Library".

Hallo Michael,

kurzer Testbericht zur letzten Testversion:
Zunahme FPS um ca.3-5 bei, im Vergleich zur Vorgängerversion, noch einmal deutlich geminderter GPU-Last.
Ich hab das Gefühl mein Rechner arbeitet wieder auf Normallevel, da auch die Geräuschkulisse deutlich im Vergleich zur letzten Version abgenommen hat, da sind die GPU-Lüfter auf Anschlag gelaufen.

A340 600 offen Türen beim Start in Cold and Dark

Hallo Leuet, warum steht mein Flieger A340 600 immer beim Start in Cold and Dark mit offenen Ladeluken und offener Tür 2L da? Natürlich kann man sie dann im EFB per Hand schließen, aber ich möchte beim Start den Flieger mit allen Türen zu dastehen haben. Geht doch bei Fenix oder Inibuilds oooch.😉 Was kann ich also tun?

Es steht - hoffentlich abschließend - noch einmal eine neue Test-Variante zum Download bereit.
Darin sind jetzt zwei unterschiedliche shrub-Objekte enhalten. Das Standard-shrub-Objekt wird bei Straßen, Gleisen, Feldwegen verwendet

und besteht aus 2 verschiedenen Gras-Objekten und zwei kleinen Laubbusch-Objekten.

Die "Auftauch-Häufigkeit" der Objekte ist reduziert, alles dabei unregelmäßig "aufgerissen".

Dagegen habe ich eine zweite shrub-Variante erzeugt, die entlang von Wohn-/residential-Straßen einen etwas "regelmäßigeren" Eindruck erzeugen soll.

Darin enthalten zwei höhere Gräser und je zwei kleine Laub-, Nadelbäume.

Wirkt sich diese Config auf die Frames aus?
