Hallo Ernst,
ich habe auch die Scenery EDRE Mendig von Huey Pilot installiert.
Bei mir treten allerdings keine Fehlermeldungen auf.
kleiner Tipp - schau dir mal die LOG Datei von XP an, da steht genau was an der Scenery fehlt.

Throttles refuse to do anything.

Thanks Tom ... recompiling the WASM folder didn't help, unfortunately.
I can't seem to empty my community folder (getting what seems to be a famous "Your Organization Doesn’t Let You Place Files Here" error).
MY community folder is a mess anyway, so I might delete the whole thing and slowly build it back up ... but that' a project for the weekend. Thanks for your continued support. I will advise when I have had the opportunity to test further.

Ja, ich habe die Szenerie installiert. Eine Reparatur per WED traue ich mir aber nicht zu. Ich weiß nicht mal welche Details ich ändern müsste. Wahrscheinlich werde ich es ignorieren, es tritt ja nur auf wenn das entsprechende Gebiet geladen wird.

Das stimmt so nicht, die XWP muss in der scenery_packs.ini über der X-World Europe stehen, dann funktioniert das auch!

As for the low textures, I do believe this is indeed the default ortho in the area. It's possible this can be improved, so I will also log this.

Perhaps re-release the SimCheck A300 for free but without support? Let me explain

Unfortunately, what Mathijs has said here is indeed the case. Simply put, decisions such as this ultimately come down to the creator and owner of the products in question, and sometimes it's even out of their control. I don't believe SimCheck have been around for a long time now.

I agree that lost media is quite sad, but sadly it's a common problem with online media due to the issues Mathijs mentioned.
