I think that there is no hope for anyone  to receive an update in the future. I am waiting for more than 1 month to get a sufficient answer. Flight Factor itself ignores every ticket I sent and Aerosoft can not help. The worse thing is that even NO older version can be used. Finally you have paid, but nothing runs anymore.

Hello all,   I am new to Aerosoft CRJ and to MSFS2024. Ever since I started to fly it I am havving huge power issues with plane. Usually I am able to get to FL250 Speed is mostly at range of 280 up to 310 tops. If I try to go higher, especially past FL300, My plane will stall for sure even on max power. Today it even stalled at FL250 under full power. It is so annoying that I stopped to fly it all together now. I also must mention I started to fill up to max 20 passengers due to this. Usually I start to climb at 2500 Ft/min and gradually dropping to 1500 just to stay on safe speeds. I am nut sure is it right or not.   I might do something wrong here but stalling constantly is not fun. I wouls apreciate any help.   Ty

The Trim Wheel of the Echo Controller sends up to 4 input clicks every single mechanical click. It is totally useless for most assignments this way. Do I have a faulty controller? This should not slip the QA.

Ich habe mir eine VirtualBox mit Windows11 eingerichtet. Darauf lasse ich den FF Updater, den Navigraph Updater und XOrganizer laufen. Die Programme braucht man nur temporär.

Hallo Helmut F., wir arbeiten an dem Problem.  Möglichwerweise gibt eine einfache Erklärung für diese Sache. Das hat nicht unbedingt mit FlightFactor zu tun... Andere FlightFactor Flugzeuge funktionieren ja mit dem X-Updater.... Im Moment kann ich aber nicht sagen, woran es liegt. Ich werde das bei uns (Aerosoft) nocheinmal ansprechen.... Wir sind auf jeden Fall am Problem dran. Gruß Heinz
