Deine Orthos sind nicht da angekommen, wo Sie hinsollten. Schau mal in Ortho4XP Verzeichnis nach, wahrscheinlich in Ortho4XP_Data_/Tiles.
Du solltest das Base Verzeichnis anpassen und das custom_scenery.
Das sollte eins deiner Probleme lösen.
Beim zweiten solltest Du nach der library Datei schauen. In der Konstellation hätte es funktionieren müssen. Mit Orthos nicht unbedingt.

In layer 6-scenery there are 2 different versions provided:
library.txt
This is the active file for X-Plane, which also shows special ground polygons, e.g. tennis and
golf courts, soccer fields, grass etc.
library - orthos.txt:
For people having orthos installed and don’t like to see ground polygons, in this version
polygons for golf, beach, sand, grass, pool, soccer, tennis are set to “objects/blank.pol” and
thus blended out in the scenery.
To use the orthos version,
1. rename “library.txt” to “library - standard.txt” and
2. rename “library - orthos.txt” to “library.txt”.
