—————————————————— skysmotor.co.uk sells the following products online: ac servo motor, dc servo motor, stepper motor drivers, planetary gearbox and can be purchased online if required.
    • Hi,  I purchased the AS CRJ pack from Simmarket for MSFS a few years back. Fast forward to this year, I was trying to update the airplane following the 2025 V2 update, but as Simmarket doesn't host the addon anymore, and I didn't purchase it through Aerosoft One or Contrail, it seems I can't update it through any means possible. Aerosoft One does not detect the installation, and Contrail detects it, but provides no option to update it unless I "purchased it through Contrail". I also tried the link provided to me for the V2 update by AS when submitting a support ticket in regards to this, and that took me to a download of the latest version of Aerosoft One, which I assumed would come preloaded with the CRJ V2. It did not. After an install of that app, it did the same thing that the previous Aerosoft One did, which was only show the FSS Embraer installation that I have.  I reopened my ticket, but have yet to hear back. I know it has only been two days since opening the ticket, but.. it has also been two days, and I'm a paying customer. I am curious to know how often this kind of stuff is looked at. Maybe I'm doing something incorrectly in the first place, in which case, I would love to know what I can do differently to get that update going. Would anyone have any suggestions? Thank you. I appreciate it.
    • same issue here! Can't find my purchase from Simmarket.   This is annoying. You need to work on you interface to the Simmarket plattform or don't offer your products there.
    • This starts to look like an abandonware. The promised official MSFS2024 compatibility "in a couple of weeks" after the initial release (that phrase was deleted from the product page though) never happened. And now I feel kind of deceived.
    • Yeah, I sent them an e-mail to ask the day I made that post, so I guess we'll see what happens, but so far no response. One of the issues with SimBrief is you can't customize the OFP layout, so if you happen to want one that isn't already included, you're basically screwed. And I had made my own custom OFP layout in PFPX.
