need help with my product key for a340-600

I have removed the images as they contained your serial number.

This isn't an issue we'll be able to solve on the forum, but we are aware of the issue, and it's related to your key itself.

Please create a ticket here, and include the following:
Your Xbox username
Your serial key
Your order number and email address the purchase was made under
Have you activated the product on multiple devices, such as a secondary PC?
We'll then get back to you and help you resolve this issue.

overwing exit walkways missing

On the A340-600, walkways for the overwing doors are supposed to be painted on the wing roots, which are missing in the sim.

Issues activating the aircraft in the EFB

This not a solution. I've had the same problem; however, it worked earlier and now it's not. I did submit a ticket, but this is really disappointing, especially given the hype surrounding the release of this model.

horizontal tailplane trim motion/position inverted

When trimming the horizontal stabilizer, on the external model, the movement/position of the THS is inverted.
