I have the same issue and it appears to me that it started with CU14. I disabled CU14 but the issue remains. Also:
you will see that now you have 2 starting points for each runway. So you'll see twice 25R, 01, 19,... in the start screen.

I've emptied my entire Community folder except AS EBBR and it still happens.
The content.xml does not mention any other EBBR airport
HOWEVER:
I uninstalled EBBR
Launched MSFS
Reactivated CU14
Closed MSFS
Flew around Antwerp
Closed MSFS
Installed EBBR
Launched MSFS
EBBR shows up normally in the start screen
no more wall visible
Not sure if flying around Antwerp is necessary but you might give it try :-)
