Toolbar Pushback SU15 Issues

We hit the pause button just before the planned update release as we've been able to reproduce the SU15 issues on a single PC within the office - Now that we have an in-office PC with the issue, it's much easier for the developer to both investigate and work on a permanent solution, which is currently being worked on. Once done, the update will be rolled out to Aerosoft One and Marketplace customers.

I find it intriguing that so many of us have this issue in a reliable, reproducable way, yet Aerosoft has had problems reproducing it at all until the recent news. I wonder if the developer and the "live" environments differ in some way. Surely some of the developers would be able to install the toolbar "at home" and try it there? Although I'm not familiar of the developer team nor the processes taking place there of course. It's just baffling to me what difference there is between the failure ratio of home users and developers. I sincerely hope that the real cause of this issue can be now identified and fixed.

Thanks! Any timeframe?

I keep going back to X-Plane because the BetterPushback plugin works so damn well. I love being able to plan the pushback so I’m not messing around with steering a tug when I should be doing engine starts. Looking forward to you guys figuring out what’s been going on all this time.

Imagine paying money to just pushback and can't even push back.

Please provide update - this hurts.

I know of some stand alone groundhandling products being done at this moment. As you feel the pushback to be so important it determines what sim you use, you should be happy soon.

I almost forgot this was still an ongoing issue, since I haven't flown much recently and the bulk of it was military anyway.

Do we have any updates on how the fixing is going?

New week 😁 any progress on this issue? @Tom

I've asked the PM for an update - As soon as I have one I will relay it over.

Thanks!

Yes, I know about refund, but I am using the manual push back and also the other tools so I don't need any refund, just hoping for the planned push back to get fixed :)

I feel like they'll finally fix this around the time MS2024 releases to break it again.

I'm not sure we'll need this utility in MSFS 2024 at all. Chances are there will be a more robust pushback tool built into the sim itself, seeing the improvements of everything else. There's pushback in 2020 as well, it just can't do planned routes. If they improve just that one thing, this utility will become obsolete for me personally.

I asked on the latest MSFS Dev Q&A live stream if Asobo would assist developers of pushback tools with the ground handling changes in SU15 - and they said Yes to reach out to them... if that helps.

Is there any update on the fix? Some of us who purchased on the msfs2020 store have no option for a refund so really hoping this gets fixed.

Any updates on fixing the toolbar pro's erratic pushback?

It is happening on every airliner, PMDG 737s, FSS 722F, JF 483, JF28. No Beta software on my Sim rig, yet pushback is unnatural.

The silence is indeed deafening..... this product is totally unusable now with PMDG 737. Confidence in Aerosoft products (apart from scenery) is very very low at the moment. Please update this once beautiful tool

Any news on this issue? Is there a chance that there will be a fix with the next weeks? Since I enjoyed using the tool the months before SU15, I would prefer a fix over a refund, but after three months of waiting and very sparse information if there is any progress at all the situation becomes more and more frustrating.

I suppose I will just have to get used to my Gatwick push-backs now going via Heathrow ! ! Roll on FS2024 - the only light in the tunnel for me that will sort this out, thanks Aerosoft.
