  1. To be fair, I think it is Asobo's fault - even PMDG had to abandon their own pushback for the 777 due to whatever changes in ground handling Sim Upate 15 introduced. I asked on the MSFS Dev Q&A livestream chat if Asobo would help developers of pushback tools, and they said "Yes, reach out to us"...
  2. I asked on the latest MSFS Dev Q&A live stream if Asobo would assist developers of pushback tools with the ground handling changes in SU15 - and they said Yes to reach out to them... if that helps.
  3. I also do not need a refund - I would rather support development, and if possible a fix. Thanks.
  4. Great news. Out of curiosity, what did you find as the possible cause for the s-curve pushback issues?
  5. Tom, I'm not a programmer, but just thinking logically about this: The manual pushback seems to work fine. So that would suggest the issue is in the Planned pushback. It is as if the pivot point the program is calculating for turning is different than the sim's placement of the wheels... Like the program thinks the pivot point is the nose wheel, and not the center wheels (or vice versa)... It reminds me of when I sometimes grab my computer mouse and it is backwards by accident, and I can't make the pointer go where I want...
  6. It seems worth noting that PMDG removed their own pushback for the 777 in order to rebuild it. It seems the ground handling changes made by Asobo in SU15 might be deeper (and possibly not documented properly in the SDK, or 'GDK'?) All just speculation on my part.
  7. PS, I can't seem to participate in the Poll at the top of this thread. How do I vote, there is no button to click visible for me.
  8. Hi, yes, on Xbox X, the "Toolbar Pushback Pro" offers 2 methods: Manual, or Planned Pushback. I am able to use the Toobar Pushback Pro's Manual Pushback with any plane - it will turn properly when I manually adjust the on-screen slider to to turn, and it will speed up or slow down obeying the speed slider. TPP Manual Pushback works for me on Xbox X. But the Planned Pushback results in crazy S-curves. Today on Xbox X, I received a v1.0.3 update via the Marketplace and installed it. But the behaviour is the same S-curves for me. I just tested the Asobo 787-10 at OMDB. Here are 3 screen shots, the final one is an s-curve in the wrong direction: Version 1.0.3 using Asobo 787-10 at OMDB Dubai Plan a 90 degree pushback S-curves all over the place (this is wrong direction)
  9. On Xbox X, MSFS v1.37.19.0 Premium Deluxe (no game pass), all World and City Updates installed. The Manual pushback works for me at all times. The Planned pushback does NOT work EVER. I fly the default planes: 787-10, 747-8, A320neo v2, A310, Longitude, C172, DA62. I always start in cold and dark state at a parking spot. Have tried at: CYTZ, CYYZ, CYVR, KLAS, KLAX, KLGA, KJFK, OMDB, WSSS, EGLL, RJTT, YSSY. With respect, it seems anyone using Pushback Toolbar Pro on Xbox X has the "spinning" S-curve issue when using Planned Pushback, it should not be hard to discover it.
  10. If you look back a page on this thread, Tom from Aerosoft posted on May 27 that they are aware of the s-curve issue and working on a fix.
  11. Thank you for the acknowledgement and update, Tom. Appreciated.
  12. Purchased and installed Aerosoft Toolbar Pushback Pro on a new install of MSFS SU15, on Xbox X. Planned pushback results in extreme and ridiculous S-curves all over the place - the plane goes literally everywhere except where you asked it to. Manual pushback works, so it seems like they could fix this. Is anyone from Aerosoft actually reading these forums?
  13. Any response from Aerosoft on the extreme S-curves when using Toolbar Pushback Pro in MSFS since SU15? I reported the issue here 2 months ago, but no response - very disappointing, regret the purchase.
  14. On Xbox, both the Marketplace and Content Manager have a Version History button, but both show "No version history yet". This could be Microsoft failing to read the version info (likely)... but perhaps since Aerosoft are developers and vendors maybe they could prod Microsoft / Asobo about it? I've tried as a customer and gotten nowhere.
  15. Is there a way to tell the version on Xbox? I can't see any version info listed in the Marketplace, or in Content Manager. I'm in SU15 on Xbox.
